The Abena Abri-Let is an absorbing rectangular pad with a soft core. It is a multipurpose pad used as maternity pad, booster, absorbing pad for wound care or light incontinence pad. We recommend Abri-Let products to be fixated with our Abri-Fix fitting range. Abri-Let Normal is an absorbing rectangular pad with soft and ultra-thin core. The product has a foil-free polypropylene back sheet and therefore is fully breathable. It can be used as a booster to reach extra absorption used together with another incontinence products. It can also be used as a maternity pad or an absorbing pad in case of wound care. We recommend Abri-Let products to be fixated with our Abri-Fix fitting range. Abri-Let is an absorbing rectangular pad with soft and ultrathin core which also consist of SAP (Superabsorbent). These products have white textile-like backsheet foil (TBS) and white self-adhesive strips on the back of the pad. It can be used as a maternity pad or a pad for light incontinence. We recommend Abri-Let products to be fixated with our Abri-Fix fitting range. Fluff-filled design adds absorbency while maintaining comfort. Extends life of absorbent undergarment to minimize leakage and patient changes. Acts as a conduit to pull fluid away from skin & into diaper underneath. Too thick, donât stay put, leak
I had heard this brand was good so tried these diaper doublers. I was surprised that they donât have any adhesive, the brand I usually use stays in place. These tend to fall out when the diaper (Depends overnight for men) is pulled down, which is unpleasant. It is more difficult to put the diaper on with this doubler since it doesnât stick in. Itâs also thick enough that we had (probably because of compression?) leaks every single night I used these. Throwing away the rest of the package. I highly recommend the Sunkiss brand, which is thinner and more absorbent and sticks in place.

I have not received them yet but I believe that these are supposed to be worn inside adult diapers.
