I bought this to add some fiber and vitamins in my diet. The seeds quality are amazing, uniform, taste wonderful and very nutritious. The bag is very sturdy and easy to use. The good thing is itâs organic so whatâs not like?

We buy these regularly and always have a bag in the house. Great quality product, smells normal, tastes like normal pumpkin seeds. The bag seals well. Green color looks normal, texture also tastes normal.Not sure how nutritious it actually is but we do eat it for nutrition purposes. It goes with many foods, particularly breakfast foods. We put it in oatmeal, use it to top every other breakfast food (or even dessert like ice cream so it adds a crunchiness and feels less sugary and more healthy), and once baked it with maple syrup and chili powder as a salad topping and it was really delicious.

Seed Cycling
I purchased this bag of pumpkin seeds for seed cycling in attempt to regulate my cycle. I eat 1 Tablespoon per day for 2 weeks during the Follicular Phase (days 1-14). These taste fine and are easy to eat. I would eat them first thing in the morning as a source of carb-free fats and protein. It’s too soon to tell if they’ve had any impacts to my cycle. I will continue to eat them.NOTE – product of China.
