Nice Option for Hot and Cold Presses
These work pretty good for comfort when needed. Using them as a hot compress is the better option, I put one in the microwave for 90 seconds and it comes out steaming hot, in fact too hot to use, it takes a couple of minutes to get to the right temperature where it won’t burn you. The heat lasts for 10 to 15 minutes, and works very well. They also have a decent smell, reminds me of a rice heat pack. The material is also very soft, I feel they are made well, decent quality. When using in the freezer, they are decent, but the cold doesn’t last as long as I would like, which is why getting two is a good choice so you can switch them out easily.

Soft & warm
I like the soft outer fabric of this pad. I bought it for the size when I need to use the pad on a knee, shoulder or an ache on my jaw. It microwaves easily. I only gave it 4 stars as it is good, but doesnât hold the warmth very long. It says it heat 60-90 seconds & to be fair Iâve only warmed it 60 seconds. Overall it is good for the same size.

Great small affordable heating pad
I really like this heating pad. It has been reliable. I love the soft fabric and not overwhelming smell. I have had no issues with heating in the microwave (and I only use it as a heating pad – particularly for my stomach). I have had no issues with smell even from opening it and Iâve had it for about a year. Itâs got a decent weight, but not too heavy. The beads on the inside are small – which I definitely prefer compared to a cherry pit heating pad I used in the past.

Works well but stinks
Heating pad works well Did NOT smell like lavender. Smells like burnt popcorn and stinks up the whole house. Would not buy this again

Easy to heat up and very soft.
They work rather well. They last 10-15 minutes. They also seem to work better if you do treatment back to back for a total of 30 minutes

Works OK, though it smells bad.
I have been using it for around two weeks on a daily basis on my wrist. I would heat it in microwave for around 2min, enough duration before it would get too hot to put on skin. 2 min of heating, and I can continue to use it for around 10min, before it loses heat, and needs to be heated again. Works well.My main complaint with this item is that when heated, it smells bad, even after multiple uses. I expected the smell to eventually go away, but I haven’t noticed any difference even after using it many times. My wife rightfully says, the smell reaches the room before the heat pad gets into the room.I would keep it, but not necessarily recommend or repurchase it.

I have a few heat packs and this is the only one I have that comes out of the microwave wet every single time. Itâs a bit inconvenient and gross. I avoid using it now unless I need it.
