Sphere has a lockdown mode. Before the first use, please charge to unlock it or press and hold for about 1 second.
Why I can not add the device？
1. Please complete the pairing of Sphere within 3 minutes (flashing green is paring).
2. Please do not add more than 5 Spheres simultaneously in one phone or more than 2 phones adding a Sphere.
For any problems, please ask for help.
Why it is disconnected from my phone？
1. Sphere will enter sleep mode if it has been off for more than 30 minutes. Please reconnect it again.
2. The sphere will disconnect once the distance is more than 10 m / 32 ft(up to the environment).
For any other problems, please ask for help.
Why does it disconnect when controlling one or more Spheres？
1. Please make sure no large metal objects or devices are nearby.
2. Please note that each Sphere is no more than 5 in away and keep less than 32 ft from your phone.

So much fun!
First off olight always makes a great product so it’s going to be a value for the price. I got this product to help me get to the bathroom in the morning without turning on the light and waking my wife up. I love the functionality of this. You can make it really dim or super bright. It is the perfect size and fits comfortably in my hands. The battery life on this thing is amazing and it’s super easy to charge with it’s magnetic charger. It has a really cool app you can sink it to and does all kinds of fun colors and patterns. My kids are always stealing it from me so I’ll have to get them one too. For the price this thing is amazing and definitely worth everything cent and more. Im glad I purchased this.

UPDATE: so Olight reached out to me and resolved the issue , they clearly value their customers and that was a surprise to me , theyâve earned my respect and definitely worth 5 stars âï¸. Thankyou Olight for making things right . When this light works itâs very fun and bright with lots of color option, just wish the app would stop needing and update every week or at least keep me logged in . Please improve your app Olight , itâs kinda slow when it starts up, but works fast when itâs going , so I know thereâs room for improvement. Still 5 out 5 stars and keep up the good work .The app did its own maintenance and needed me to log back in, it says the password wonât work , went to redo it and it gives you 60 seconds to place a code in but never gives you the code, then locks you out. So this product deletes my password , then refuses to let you re do it . Now itâs just useless and canât do anything without the app. Very disappointed

I bought this reluctantly because a trusted friend recommended it. It’s an innovative design that acts like having a personal night light with you at all times. I find myself attaching it to cupboards, desks, shelving and more to bring warm light into otherwise dreary places. It would also be a great accessory for guests to help them navigate a dark and unfamiliar home when visiting.The light works very well without the app, supporting 7 or 8 dynamic modes, plus the basic white and red utility lighting. The app itself is very nice for those who like to customize things. It let’s you select dozens of gradients, patterns and hundreds of custom colors. It also has game and pomodoro features.Think of the orb more like a hand warmer but for light. It’s a companion to light up an otherwise dark room, cupboard, desk or corner of the house during long winter nights and overcast days.

This is a cool little gadget! Lights up a room and great for power outages. The small shape fits in your hand! Iâve been eyeing this for awhile and pulled the trigger and bought it on Black Friday week watching the price go down. I love that it has different color settings and keeps a good charge itâs been a few days and battery hasnât been drained. I wish the app was for the device only or at least shows the device first itâs a lot of ads for other olight products! It is also waterproof and dust proof. For what itâs worth I would recommend this item to anyone that has been looking at this item.
