These outlets are amazing and I always end up ordering more so I can use them for more and more things.Even if you aren’t planning on using the scheduling feature like I do for my grow closet, these outlets also keep track of how much power is being used which is great for keeping track of costs and potential equipment failures.

Decent Smart Plug when Flashed with Tasmota
I flashed this over the air with Tasmota firmware and these work great with HomeAssistant. Can’t really recommend these with the stock firmware though because it relies on TuyaCloud. If you are technical enough to flash them with Tasmota though, these work great. Decent!

Crap impossible to set up.
No customer support. App is outdated and will not work on android. Must have app to set up, but app is no longer supported.

Plugs not bad, but comes with terrible software.
I bought these plugs for adding a couple lights to my smart home. However, I struggled to set them up compared to other smart plugs I have used due to their terrible support. I attempted to download the app via the App Store, but it was nonexistent and I had to find an old android phone of mine to set them up. Then, their setup process was once again buggy and weird as there were two connection methods that required a complicated set up protocol. At first, the âfast connectionâ didnât work on either, so I had to enable the âstandard connectionâ mode by fiddling with the singular button on the plug and was then able to connect them. Aside from those hiccups, the linkage to Google home was pretty straightforward and smooth. Overall, crappy software/support and the plugs were decent quality although a little cheap and hollow feeling.

Google Play store issues
So after buying these I found out that Google Play no longer will let you download the app if you have updated version of Android which makes these plugs useless I did a little research and found a third party app store called Apotide I downloaded it from there and everything works as it should. Giving it three stars just for the headache of having to download for the third party and I think I can blame the manufactured for that maybe I should just blame Google

Doesn’t work with Samsung S21
The company (Ematic) needs create or update there app to be able to use on newer phones. Was really bummed it didn’t work with my phone

iOS app not available in USA
I could not use the product because I was not allowed to download the app in my region or country â USA.
