Terrible Product!
Needed to replace broken Epilady product. This appeared to be an upgrade. I have used Epilady products for 20+ years and have been a very pleased customer that was always recommending. This item is too bulky and hard to useâ¦..plus it doesnât even really work well at removing hair. And that lightâ¦.useless. Actually, seems to make it harder to see what youâre doing so I turn the epilator around so the light is in the back. Unfortunately, by the time you have used a personal product like this long enough to discover flaws itâs too late to return. Going to search for something closer to the smaller, original products I used to have.

Works Great
I really am enjoying this product because Iâm not tethered with a cord. the product works excellent without any skin irritation at all⦠And Iâm saying this after using a number of similar products over the years. Itâs one of the best epilators that Iâve used to date !!

Stopped working after a year
This epilady worked really well, but unfortunately, it stopped working after only a year. So I donât think this is worth the money. You can get something cheaper that will probably last longer.

Died in under a year
The motor / unit totally died just under the one year marker. It is no good for curves like the knee and misses or snaps fine hairs. The desing of the body looks nice and is easy to hold but that is not worth much when the it does not last a year. Save money and get a better model: I bought the Braun electric tweezers next and athough only a single head it works a lot better.

Disappointed
Epilady warned me that this is their product even though it has another brand name printed on it. I am not so sure. This is absolute crap in performance compared to my old epilady. The only reason I bought it was because I misplaced my original one. This misses most hairs leaving a lot of tweezing behind.Also it came with no instructions and has no full charge indicator. My original one had a full charge indicator after about two hours of charging: the red LED would switch to a yellow/green. This one stayed red for 12 hours.The only saving feature is that this device is inspiring me to look harder for my original purchase.
