Easy Setup & Works Perfectly
This worked perfectly to extend WIFI coverage to the inside of my pole building. I had 3 bars of WIFI at the pole barn window, and no signal inside the pole barn.. I placed the Netgear EAX15 on the window sill and now have a full wifi signal throughout the entire pole building. Garage Door Opener and Security Cameras now work on WIFI. Super Easy setup by pushing the WPS button on my router and on the EAX15. Everything connected on the same network – No Extended network needed.

Was having WiFi range problems with cameras outside the house. Set up using the fast lane setting extending and existing router SSID in house. Placed extender closer to the cameras than the existing router and cameras now work! Can setup with computer or phone app (not my thing).

Degraded wi-fi rather than impriving
This was a refurbished unit. Perhaps whatever defect it had was not corrected. Instead of boosting the signal, it interfered with the wi-fi to the extent that it caused some of my devices to lose contact with the system sporadically. I have returned the extender. Again my devices are all back online with uninterrupted signals–perhaps not running at optimal speed but at least dependably.

IT…WORKS!!
I moved in with my boyfriend a few years ago and the wifi signal has always been good in the TV room and iffy everywhere else in the house.About a year ago I decided to convert one upstairs bedroom to an office. I spent considerable time laying out the floor plan, moving everything in, and setting up all the equipment. Then….DARN IT!! NOTHING WORKS!!I unplugged, reconnected and got a smidgeon of internet service. Constantly, the blue circle of death would show on the computer.We tried calling the service provider and getting an upgraded modem. That helped…a little.Finally, I did some research and purchased the NETGEAR EAX15-100NAR AX1800 Dual-band WiFi 6 Mesh Extender. It was a GAME CHANGER!I plugged it into the upstairs bathroom outlet, followed the connect instructions, and VOILA!! Everything Worked! I was planning to get a second one for the master bedroom if the first one improved service, but that one extender improved the wifi throughout the entire house.

Love it! Purchased this when our network provider upgraded our old router and my old extender wouldn’t connect to it. This is so much better! Easier to connect. Much faster! Works; but signal range is lacking
I paired this extender up with a Nighthawk RAX 120 v2. This over 5ghz.Range with first setup was around 200~ FT from the router near the stairwell download speeds: 15MB down and less than 2MB up. Latency ms was in the 20-40 ms range. Very poor for my source connection is over Fiber at 1Gig+ downstream and 900+mb Up.I relocated the extender closer to the router albeit the router is located upstairs, but directly in line within 50-75FT from the extender. This yielded 350MB down and 100-120MB up. Much better latency averaging around 7-10ms.Overall if you have a small area with less obstructions it’s suitable for 5ghz. If not I would look for something more powerful.I’m going with another extender for better range. The performance was a bit too unstable for me.

Refurbished unit was like new and worked perfectly!
Saved a ton on the refurbished model and it worked like a charm! My small, stone house got terrible reception and the wifi “extenders” were a pain as devices had to keep switching networks to work. This mesh wifi device instantly blanketed my whole house with solid reception and the old extenders went in the trash!
