Does the job intended. Have to play with the heat time in the microwave as there is no instructions that came with it on how long to heat it up.

This design is better than my old Bed Buddy in that it holds the inside material more evenly and it stays in place better. The odor after heating it is not as strong as the older one I have which is an improvement.

This was a repeat order to be given to a family member as a Christmas present. We, at this household use them frequently. As for the old Buddies, they are used as âdraft stoppersâ during winter months at the base of doors.

THEY CUT BACK ON FILLER BEADS – IN A HUGE WAY. IT’S JUST PATHETIC – AND THERE’S NO WAY TO FIX IT – EXCEPT PUT A RUBBER BAND AROUND THE DEAD SPACE. OTHERWISE YOU END UP WITH VERY LITTLE HEATED BEADS AND THEY GET SO THIN IN PLACES THAT IT DOESN’T WORK ANYMORE.WE BOUGHT THESE BUDDIES FOR YEARS – NOW NEED TO SWITCH. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST RAISED THE PRICE AND PUT IN MORE FILL. TO REMOVE SO MUCH FILL IS SIMPLY DISHONEST AND WORTHY OF BOYCOTT.

Easy to use and effective.
I have used these heating pads for years. Easy to use, (only reason we have a microwave) and holds heat for quite a while. The shape makes it convenient to use every place on your body. And in winter, great to warm up with or to put in bed before you go to sleep. The 2 pack is convenient because more family members have discovered the benefits!
