I really like these because they taste good and have the same adaptogen benefit s Ryze coffee, which I couldnât keep drinking because it was just too earthy tasting. I feel these help me focus and stabilize my energy. They also donât bake me feel jittery.

Give them a week
First few days I thought it was a sham. 8 days in and I canât sit still, which is a good thing. I bought these to help keep my mind awake and a bit more focused. Today itâs almost 1pm and I worked the morning and got into the zone fairly easily. After work I am looking for the next chore or activity and get twitchy thinking about my Lazyboy chair.
