I have been consuming Chlorella for years. I find it to be most beneficial. Anyone who feels a need for a natural like this should use it. Start at the 200mg level and work your way up to the 1,000mg level. Starting at 1,000mg I would say would be a bad mistake.

Supposed super ‘food’
I’ve been taking these in the morning with a light shake and they don’t upset my stomach – I have a very sensitive stomach so with so many supplements in the past I’ve had to have a full meal. I’m just about to finish my first bottle so can’t give 5 stars. I am not sure if these are helping, but they don’t have a super unpleasant smell (my brother didn’t like the smell) but I don’t find it problematic. I first found out about chlorella from vegan triathlete Brendan Brazier. I eat a mostly vegan diet and borderline worship him so take a lot of his advice. If you are interested in learning more about this supplement or even veganism Brendan has a book called Thrive. I bought it here on Amazon, too. Even if you’re not vegan he covers many supplements that are helpful for anyone. Anyway, chlorella is an algae and Brendan says if you don’t take anything else just take this. I’m finishing my first bottle but have another one ready to go. I will keep taking this.

Works Better Than I Thought
I bought this as a binder to clear out my parasites and it did exactly that. This is also a very good every day supplement especially if you are having gut issues. This is my second purchase and it definitely will not be my last.
