Just what we needed to quit overfeeding the cat
My cat is a 20lb bowling ball with legs. She loves her food, and the vet said we had to feed her only at specific times (once in the morning and once at night) rather than leaving food down for her all the time like a kibble buffet. This has been great for everyone in the household to know when the cat has already been fed (she’s a liar and will tell you that she hasn’t eaten in weeks). The wood is good quality, the slides are easy to use, and I like how this version has yes and no written on it, rather than just the slide. It has magnets on the back so you can hang it up on a metal surface. I’m actually surprised at the quality given that it was less expensive than the plastic ones. This was a great find!

If itâs moved at all, the tiles can easily slide out of place. Then who knows if the pups are fed or not, aaagghhh!

Cute and functional little gadget
Super cute little gadget. Very easy to use. Looks great in our kitchen.We used to use a calendar to mark off if the pets got fed in the am/pm. Now we can do away with the pen and calendar on the kitchen counter and just use this.Perfect for what we needed!!

The product looks exactly like the picture given in the description. I chose this one because it is wood, most other products were plastic and didn’t look very aesthetically pleasing. The am/pm sliders slide effortlessly. It’s a perfect size, big enough to see but not too big.

The dohickeys fall out
Love the concept. However I hung it on the door close to where I feed the cats. Opening and closing the door causes the dohickeys to shift to yes on their own and sometimes fall out. Not sure of the solution. Perhaps a thin layer of felt or something on the back of each piece. Or hang it on a stationary surface.

Scale isnt quite as big as I was expecting but honestly it’s better this way.Bought to stop two cats, who are wintering a little too well, from lying to us.The switches look flimsy in the photos but the sign is really well made and they don’t shift out of place as easily as I expected.Basically nothing about this product is as I expected but everything was much much better.Would buy again in future, very good for staying on top of feeding schedule, especially with several easily manipulated cat lovers in the house.
