    The best keyboard cover!
I have purchased a lot of covers for my iPad and this one was the only one that was a keeper. Compared to the Apple Magic Keyboard they both charge via the iPad port, but the keyboard on the Magic Keyboard is not removable which can lead to problems at times. Offers great protection and the keyboard functions just as an Apple branded product. Easy to link with your iPad and works right out of the box. Durable and more lightweight than a Magic Keyboard. Magnet strength is great hold the iPad tightly in place. At half the price if the Apple Magic Keyboard is a better investment. Great value and product!

    Great Alternative to Magic Keyboard
I bought my first iPad a month ago and decided to get a $70 case + keyboard, but had issues and knew I needed to upgrade. I spent about a week researching + deciding between the Magic Keyboard vs this Logitech Combo Touch. Personally, I love the look of the Magic Keyboard more. The floating design, the white color option, the Apple keyboard/trackpad UX, there were so many amazing things about it.. but also so many awful non-features, like not having the row of function keys to adjust brightness, volume, no escape button. Yes, its easy enough to just use the touchscreen for all those things, but why not include it in the first place? The other major con for me was that the Magic Keyboard didn’t really have a solid case to protect the iPad. Obviously, that’s to make it easier to switch between using your iPad as a tablet or with the keyboard, but if you’re planning to use it as a tablet, you will have NO protection. Someone else said they essentially had to get a different case and then remove it every time they want to use the Magic Keyboard. That’s way too inconvenient for my use.The Combo Touch solves those issues by having a case with a detachable keyboard. I’m able to use my iPad as a tablet without it taking up empty space on my desk, counter etc. It provides solid protection (except for a camera cover, but it has a deep inlet) and it feels great too. I have experienced the one issue I read about the cursor just disappearing randomly from time to time (not from inactive use, literally in the middle of me using it), but it comes back by pressing the space bar. Annoying for sure, but not enough for me to return it, though if it happened every 5 minutes maybe I’d change my mind about that. My main personal gripe with the Combo Touch were the color options. I would have preferred if they had an even lighter beige than Sand, like Cream or Ivory, but with the texture of the case I can see how that would be more difficult to clean. The Sand color is pretty and starting to grow on me though.Overall, very happy with this purchase. The only reason I would switch/upgrade is if the Magic Keyboard every adopted the case (with a stand)/detachable keyboard feature to be able to use the iPad on its own, but I don’t see that happening. With the Combo Touch retailing for about $100 less, it was also a no brainer.. except that I literally spent a week watching review/comparison videos. If you’re planning to use your iPad as a tablet AND laptop, get this case.

    best keyboard case ever!
had this for 2 months,my favorite feature is detaching the keyboard from the case! sometimes the keyboard can be in the way so it is nice to just remove or flip it to the back side!the light beige color is so beautiful! lots of different colors n textures on the caseanother thing, i paid a lot of money (on sale) for this case but out of all of the keyboard cases in the market, this is the best option. this keyboard has lots of keybinds (the buttons top row layout) but the apple keyboard case doesn’t, which already makes the logitech keyboard better, in my opinion. love the keyboard!the case is HEAVY AND HEAVY DUTY! It will keep your case PROTECTED. Be sure to always have a good grasp to it, because it could easily be dropped if not handled safely.con that is consistent to other ipad cases are keeping the pencil stable on the side, just don’t keep it stuck on or it may fall out if closed.just nitpicky, everything else about the case is perfection.

Great alternative to the Magic Keyboard… with a couple gripes
So first of all, let’s go over the similarities. Starting with one of the two most important things in my opinion, the keyboard. Both. Both are good. I’ve actually found myself liking this one a little better and unless you’re super into keyboards or use both the Apple Magic Keyboard and Logitech side by side, you’re not going to notice a huge difference. The second in my opinion is weight. The combo touch is actually the lighter one here. With the iPad, the combo touch was 2.37 lbs and the Magic Keyboard was 2.94 lbs but honestly, both are a little heftier than you would expect. Some things where the combo touch prevails are the function keys, better over all protection, and the viewing angles. This keyboard has a really nice set of function keys up top and honestly, for most people it might not be a deal breaker, and in fact I found myself barely using them, but it is definitely nicer and more convenient to have, especially to turn down the volume quickly… This case also has better protection than the Apple Magic Keyboard. While the Magic Keyboard protects the front, back and one side, the combo touch has an all around protection. And while yes, that also means it’s harder to remove and install the iPad (it’s literally not worth it, takes too much time and energy), it kinda makes up for it by being able to remove the keyboard. When you want to save some space or want to watch or move or something, you can either fold the keyboard back or detach it completely. In addition to being able to remove the keyboard, it also has way more viewing angles than the Magic Keyboard. The Magic Keyboard only goes to 130º which is honestly fine if you only type and use your iPad as a computer. But if you’re someone who likes to draw in their free time like me, that can be really annoying and the more flexible combo touch wins here.Alright, moving on to the downsides of the case. First of all, you cannot use this case on your lap comfortable, unless you have super long legs. It takes up more space than the Magic Keyboard and the balance isn’t great on your lap. I found that the Magic Keyboard was much nicer and easier to use on your lap while this one barely fit and wobbled everywhere. That being said, on a flat surface like a desk or table, both are very stable and work well. Another thing that I was a little disappointed by was there is no securing attachment for the Apple Pencil. I had the folio touch before for my 11 inch iPad Pro and I loved the magnetic flap it had to secure the Apple Pencil. I don’t understand why they didn’t add it here… or something similar. I’ve actually managed to lose my Apple Pencil twice which never happened with the folio touch. Anywayz, I also dislike how tough it is to open. While the case is nice and snug, great for protection, it’s also inconvenient to open. You can’t open it with one hand and if you try using your nails then the seams on the keyboard’s edge start to come apart. Mine haven’t come apart so bad yet to return but it is a little bit annoying. It’s also missing the passthrough but I don’t think I’d really use it anyway so, honestly it’s fine.Overall, this is a great alternative to the Magic Keyboard. Both cases have great trackpads and keyboards and both are a bit heavy but they have their individual strengths and weaknesses. I would say that if you are going to use your iPad as a laptop replacement, then go with the Magic Keyboard. It’s a little more convenient (as in its thinner and looks hella stylish), has the extra pass-through, and is something you can actually use on your lap. However, if you’re a student like me and switch between handwriting notes, to writing reports, to then drawing, gaming, or watching in their free time, go for the combo touch and it’s detachable keyboard. And since it has better protection, it should last you longer and protect your iPad better, saving you potential money in the long run. I really wish it had some way to secure your Apple Pencil though… 4.5 stars for no Apple Pencil securing and it’s annoying accessibility in opening the actual thing.

Algunas teclas resultaron defectuosas, sobre todo la tecla de espaciado. Dado el precio me parece inadmisible.

I Purchased this Logitech Combo Touch in Color Sand ( sand/beige ) for my 12.9” iPad Pro 6th Gen & I absolutely love love love it! It works amazing for me and for how I like to use my iPad. I love the fact I can detach the keyboard to use in tablet mode & iPad is still protected , has so many viewing angles / tilt, the keyboard is amazing , nice and smooth, keys click beautifully , keys are backlit in dim lighting and you can lower or raise the brightness of the backlit lights as there is dedicated key on the keyboard for it, a whole top row of dedicated functional keys ( something Magic Keyboard from apple does not have) the track pad works beautifully , the case is very nice and sturdy definitely protective, and the whole case is such a beautiful Color. It’s so nice to have a case like this that’s not black. I have always had grey or black as that’s what most are so was nice to have this Color option. I love it it’s gorgeous. It does add some extra weight to this already large iPad but is not bulky. It’s due to having a keyboard added to the case but it is overall slim. I am so very happy with my purchase 100%. I even ordered the wireless Logitech Pop Mouse in Beige to go with this combo set ( as shown in pics) and it matches perfectly. If you are looking for an amazing keyboard case combo set I definitely recommend this one.

It’s definitely too pricey for what it does but I love how efficiently Logitech designed this keyboard case. There are two parts: the keyboard and the case, they both snap on magnetically together, or you can choose to take the keyboard off seamlessly. The case has a flexible flap at the back that allows for every viewing angle possible, so you can adjust it to your liking with or without the keyboard on. The material is sturdy, durable and protective, so I have no worries if my iPad falls down. The keys are really nice to type on, but the trackpad has some issues. It usually works fine, but sometimes stops working. I just click on the volume key to “reactivate” it. It has no charging cable because it charges with the iPad, and I use it for pretty much everything except essay writing on Word. The keyboard makes my iPad way more usable, both academically (I’m a STEM student, great for data collection, analysis and calculations) and for leisure, so this is a solid choice 👍🏼 I just wish they made an apple pencil holder.

I was at odds about what keyboard to buy for my iPad Pro. I looked at the other smart keyboards available and pulled the trigger on the Logitech. Overall it is very simple to operate and allows you to detach the keyboard so you simply have the tablet to use (with touch screen). The only 2 issues that I have are that it is quite difficult to open the case. After a few weeks you get the hang of it and know exactly where to open. Secondly I have found that even if you detach the keyboard and slide it behind (so you don’t lose it) the NFC is still active and the screen doesn’t allow touch. It expects the keyboard and track pad to still be utilized (I hope this makes sense). So now when I disconnect the keyboard I just place it beside me, or in my bag.To summarize this is a great product and it only makes sense that Tim Cook came out at WWDC with this Logitech product on his own iPad!

I have the Magic Keyboard this Logitech is WAY better for the price has the same features including more it can easily separate making a great drawing surface with your pencil or to walk around and read and the magnetic contacts are very power as strong as Apple keyboardyou can control brightness volume screen brightness and more so that’s a plus the Magic Keyboard doesn’t have but my one CON is it’s all plastic design it still feels great and looks great but for the price it’s a bit of a issue if you have the money and don’t want to blow 500 get this but if you’re feeling iffy I’d wait till its on sale and you’ll be very happy
