Zero Star rating: Don’t Buy Garbage
DOES NOT WORK THE STEAM NEVER GOT HOT! I was excited to get this product to clean and sanitize my home. That excitement died on the first use. I followed the directions, but the steam cleaner never got hot enough to steam. I just blew warm water. The product leaked down the handle. It’s pure garbage; it is such a waste of time. I have returned the product.

I had to return. The black cover broke off. Pre-ordered another one. Very hot steam. Works great. I hope the first one was a fluke that the black cover to turn on and set the steamer broke off right away

I found this steamer to be a great product I needed to steam a bed frame for bugs and with the long nozzle I was able to get in flaps that were created from stapling material and it killed the bugs also steaming mattress I would highly recommend this to anyone

No hot steam came out when used. Dirt stayed in place when used. There’s no off and on switch and you need to be where you need to be before using.

I have had this “Goyappin Handheld Steam Cleaner, Steam Shot Cleaner, 2500W High Heat Steamer” for a while now and I’m quite happy with it so far. I have been using it for about every 2 months to clean the sofar, kitchen counter, etc.The machine has a long hose so it is easy to navigate. I consider this product straightforward to use too. Add water, turn on the power, and go!Note that the machine uses a 110v power outlet, thus if you want to use it on the car, you will have to use it in the garage.Overall this is a solid product to recommend.
