Great Food Bowl for My Senior Rat Terrier
My 15 year old Rattie (standard size) developed idiopathic vestibular disease 2.5 weeks ago. He is recovering well, but has trouble keeping his balance when lowering his head to the floor to eat out of his bowl. I got this hoping it would help and it’s been a fantastic help for my dog! He can eat comfortably and doesn’t get the vertigo he gets when he lowers his head all the way. It doesn’t slip on our tile floor and the bowl is really easy to clean. Great product!

The bowl itself seems to be of great quality. I didnât notice any color flaws and itâs nice and sturdy in the stand. I did note a review where the user was having trouble with the little balls that prop the bowl up but we thought they were easy to use. I wish instead of a larger bowl size being offered that a taller stand was offered. My shepherd mix eats a cup and a half of food twice a day so the medium bowl works great for him, itâs just lower than weâd prefer. I may explore a way to raise it up some. Otherwise, we love it!

I love these so much! I have a medium sized one (pictured) and itâs perfect for my cats food. And have another medium one for the cats water except I donât use the tiled balls but I like that itâs elevated. We have a large sized one for our dog and one more large one for the dog and cats water but I have the stand turned upside down so it isnât too high for the cats to reach the water. I love these bowls so much. They feel so sturdy and super easy to clean in the sink it dishwasher.

This was a breeze to set up. the little balls on the bottom did fall off pretty easily but I still use it without. The bowl is super easy to clean and its a great modern look. Package came in great shape.

The bowel is fine it has a matt glaze finish and it is easy to grasp and secure. Meanwhile the bamboo stand is like a puzzle, because it slides together and will come apart easily. I have had the bowl angle balls fall off more than once. Wood shrinks over time, so if you plan on getting this use some glue and secure the bamboo parts, because overtime they may not stay together especially when removing the bowl.
