Pretty good product if taken during the day
I really like those and the fact that they are natural and don’t have a bunch of crap in them. I think people should take them during the day and not at night because I noticed I had pretty bad night sweats when I took them at night. A nice side effect was hair growth. My hair got so much longer without me trying to get that result which was a nice surprise.

This supplement has proven effectiveness since I started to use as directed. There is definitely a shift in my overall energy level and no negative side effects. Boost of energy
The shipping was remarkably fast, and the bottle arrived securely sealed. The pills are easy to swallow, although, as others have noted, there is a slight fishy odor. However, I did not experience any aftertaste, contrary to some reviews. On the first day, I took three pills instead of the recommended six, and that provided me with a noticeable 6 hours boost of energy. I have continued taking only 3 pills in the morning. I plan to continue with the 3 pills since it provides a steady stream of energy. Over all, Iâm satisfied with my purchase.

Worked but Had Bad Side Effect
On the plus side:Within several weeks of taking the recommended six capsules per day of Plant Aminos, I lost 10 lbs. Then within a couple more weeks, I lost a couple more pounds, a total of 12 lbs in 7 weeks with no effort or other weight loss methods used. Since I had been stalled at my previous weight, that was a huge plus. I generally felt better, too, although I had hoped that, after taking it for a couple months, I would have a lot more energy. I didn’t. However, 2 weeks after stopping the use of Plant Aminos, I’ve regained no weight.On the down side:After a couple months, I developed a UTI for the first time in years, which grew increasingly worse over the last month that I used Plant Aminos. It took me a while to realize that some of the amino acids can have that side effect. After 3 months’ use, I stopped taking it because of that. Within a few days, the UTI began decreasing. Now 2 weeks later, it’s much better without Plant Aminos, and with the use of home remedies, but is not completely resolved yet.Recommendation:Might be great for those not prone to UTI’s, or for short-term use.
