I prefer this liquid Berberine over a capsule. I ordered it because I have used a very similar product and feel that it just really helped with overall health benefits. I feel as though I make better eating choices when I am using this. It suppresses my appetite so I don’t want lots of snacks that are less healthy. For me, I find it to be effective with my weight loss because of this. One unusual benefit I have personally had is the ability of my nails getting stronger and longer. I am not sure why, but I also noticed this with other liquid Berberine products & have used. When I ran out and stopped taking it daily, they did not grow as well. I know I feel better taking it. That is all that matters. I feel it is a pretty good value for the money. This one tastes slightly different than others I have used. It is not quite as sweet, slightly tart, not sour. It is not a deal breaker, just different. I will continue using it, since I have been only taking it for over a week, but have noticed the difference in how I personally feel. I am sure everyone will have results other than my own, but these are the noteables for me. This is a 1 month supply.

This 16 in 1 berberine formula can be mixed in a liquid or smoothy or taken orally. When taken orally it’s alittle bitter maybe from the bitter melon. This liquid supplement is more convenient to take and is better on my digestion than taking it in pill form. It helps my digestion and metabolism.
