Reliable and trustworthy
I was hesitant buying a used laptop from amazon but the quality and appearance of it was good! The box scared me as it didnât come with bubble wrap around the laptop, just a cardboard slot that held itð¬it turned on just fine and nothing was damaged, which i bought one that was in excellent condition. the screen, battery life, charger, touch bar, and keyboard all worked as they should. the laptop heating happens but that every laptop, i use this for the Adobe Creative Suite and Blender so very demanding apps, but even with those running it ran amazing. only issue i heard but a whirring noise but it doesnât effect the laptop at all. Eventually going to get it checked out since i got Asurion insurance on it. overall great purchase and quality! if your looking for an affordable and reliable laptop i suggest buying one off amazing renew with insurance! best renewed experience iâvehad for sure. apple products work so well for graphic designers

Excellent product
I brought it on renewed excellent condition. At the beginning it was ok. And I thought it had crashes on the screen but it didnât. I cleaned the screen with the paper i used to clean my glasses and it worked. Right now i am really satisfied with this product. It has so much space (1tb) that i donât know what to do with it. But i use it for school and it does work really well itâs really helpful because i use AI for my works and sometimes i have 1 screen with 4 apps open at the same time that iâm using at the same time. And 2 other screens with app open on full screen. It does work for multitasking really well. And the battery at the beginning it use to five me 4 hours only on video, but now for some reason it gives me all day, sometimes more then real 6 or 7 hours. (I just let it charge all night, and I downloaded an app to control the fan so it canât overheat) the screen is led not oled but thatâs has to do with apple not the seller. Sounds quality hits different. That is totally premium. Also the color of the screen while watching movies is also premium.

Started Having Many Problems
The screen quality of this computer and physical quality is great. The computer had been working great for about a month or two, but now all of a sudden is giving me a substantial amount of problems. All of a sudden the computer started shutting down windows that I was working in including google chrome, safari, my finder windows and other applications. It also started to randomly shut down the whole computer on me. It would make a noise from the fan inside the computer and then just shut down. It also has been throwing several different errors.I am hoping to speak with someone in order to make this situation right, and I will update this review as soon as I do, but I am having a very hard time reaching anyone from BuySPRY to fix this situation and am extremely frustrated with the fact that this product was marketed as ‘like new’ and refurbished to an original operating state and am having these sort of issues.I hope that this company will make this right, I would be extremely grateful and also would commend and recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy from them. But if this problem remains as is, then I would recommend not buying from them.I tried calling and their phone lines are ‘unavailable’ and I have been trying their live chat option at BuySPRY.com and I cannot reach anyone. I left a message and am hoping to hear back and am going to send an email as well. I’ll keep you all posted… :/

Works like a Pro…Mac Pro
I purchased this as a studio laptop for recording and mixing. I have a Yamaha MOFX 8 and a MX49. I have been exclusively PC for the past 20+ years for studio, but thought I would give the MAC a go.First off, out of the box, it work, no issues. The packaging was the MacBook covered in a thin sleeve for transport, and placed in a generic box, no big deal, I don’t keep boxes or packaging. Initial set up for accounts, Apple, google, and MS was really simple. It took me a total of 10 min get set up.As for the studio software including the various midi programs and so on, it was super easy. Typically, setting up studio software and midi adaptors take about a solid 8 hours to get just right. However, the MacBook was very intuitive and after software was downloaded, the rest was just plug and play. Took a total of 1 hour for complete set up and into recording and mixing. This again was super easy and I will be leaving a separate review for this. I have one external monitor and 3 other USB devices hooked into the MacBook, all with no issues.The portability and ruggedness of the MacBook is the sole reason for me getting it, but the ease it provides me in set up is the reason I am keeping it. 5 Stars.

I was very cautious about buying a refurbished MacBook but I must be honest, I’m not disappointed. It’s in exceptional condition with a few incredibly minor ‘dings’ on the edges but the screen is perfect. There was a bit of wear where the previous owners palm was resting but that was easily fixed with some covers. I’ve added a keyboard protector which goes with the pre-installed screen protector so she’s well covered.For the price, you cannot go wrong… if things go astray before the 90 day warranty period I will update the review accordingly.

J’étais un peu réticent à acheter un MaBookPro 16 pouces reconditionné, mais il est tout simplement comme neuf! Aucune marque d’usure. L’écran est impeccable, le clavier avec Touch bar est très agréable à utiliser.J’ai pu effectuer la dernière mise à jour de MacOs Sequoia de façon très facile. Avec Bootcamp, j’ai d’abord installé Windows 10 que j’ai par la suite mis à jour à Windows 11. Donc, deux systèmes d’exploitation sur un même ordi. C’est le dernier MacBookPro à proposer Bootcamp de façon native puisque toujours sur Intel.Les points négatifs? Deux seulement! Le premier, le chargeur, contrairement à la photo, n’est pas de marque Apple dans mon cas. Il s’agit de la marque Shark qui possède tout de même une charge appréciable de 65 Watts. Le deuxième point, lors du processus d’installation, la langue anglaise avait déjà été sélectionnée. Ãtant francophone, j’ai dû faire quelques retours au clavier, pour pouvoir sélectionner par moi-même le français.
