Gentle cleanse
What a great easy to use product! The flavor is earthy, with the matcha tea and spirulina so you could add honey to sweeten it up. Mix with warm or cold water, give it a swirl and drink. I drink 5 oz. In the morning and again in the evening. Great value for money and my liver is happy:)

Close cap and shake it well.Drink this all day and I was doing this for detox but I donât feel hungry since last Friday. Today is Thursday. Almost 1week without solid food I feel not super craving.I wasnât realized this has Effect on hunger suppression it doesnât say on label.Hungry means your stomach inside bit irritating that why people wanted food but drinking this not feel hungry for few days⦠very good surpriseI lost so far 5lbsâ¦I can go father more.Itâs not hard at all. However you need take multiple vitamins and plenty of water.

Good results so far
What I do like is that it gives me energy that I do t even have. What I donât like is that it kinda gives me the jitters, knowing the Matcha has caffeine in it. I wish I knew this before buying. Everything else is doing what itâs proven. Maybe Iâm just sensitive to caffeine.Other than I would definitely recommend this to others! ð

Hypertension sensitivity
I used the product for a week and within 5 days my energy levels increased. The taste was very tolerable even contrary to the aroma. I liked it best with cranberry juice in AM. But on the 3rd day I started experiencing heart flutter and tiredness. Be alert if taking BP medication, the potassium may cause some interactions.

The Long Game
No this powder does not blend well. YES it’s a tiny bag- because each serving is very tiny. Look at the reviews of people who’s health and liver levels this has helped! The very best way to consume this is part of a green smoothie that i make. Cucumber, kale, pineapple, lemon, fresh ginger, handful of spinach, this stuff, splash of water and ice. This will eliminate the blending issue. Otherwise you just stir it as best as you can with hot lemon water and drink quickly. If this works as well as other people say- it’s worth it. You’re not buying it for taste! I have had several bags of this over the years and never any sickness at all btw. Will continue purchasing as I tend to drink wine often.

Wonderful product!
I have been wanting to add Tumeric to my diet…..I don’t really like taking pills, and this seemed to have a good dosage of Tumeric per serving. I had been using matcha tea and am not fond of the residue and chalkiness by itself, as well as bland flavor. I read an article on “golden milk” and when I found this with the added cinnamon, black pepper, ginger and matcha thought I would try it. A bit expensive, for the size to me, and I have only been using this for a few days, but I believe it is worth it and will continue using it. I have been making a cup of “tea” – late afternoon or after dinner using a scoop of the tea powder, a spoonful of unsweetened coconut cream (not the kind used for mixed drinks) a bit of unsweetened almond/coconut milk hot water and a few drops of stevia. This makes a wonderful beverage and feels great! Just sweet enough and with good flavor so as I don’t crave something sweet after dinner. Recipes for the golden milk use a homemade Tumeric paste….but this take on it is way better in my opinion. I really like the combination of herbs. Many other ways to use it I am sure….but a great product.

Noticed Some Slight Positive Results from Recent Blood Work- Recommend!
I bought this awhile back due to some abnormal readings on my liver and was looking for something to help me detox it, since I have an MTHFR genetic polymorphism, and people like us have difficulty with detoxification. I have to admit that at first I wasn’t as consistent with drinking this, since I’m often on the go, and I need to take time to prepare it. I think I started with one hot or cold beverage a week, then dropped to about once every two weeks. I recently had a blood test done, and noticed that my abnormal levels improved slightly. I have to include that I also started taking SAM-E, a liver cleansing supplement around the same time and have also added more good fats to my diet, so I can’t make a direct correlation to this tea, but I am going to increase drinking this more often and will see if my results get better. I’ll update that on my next blood work.On another note, when I first took a look at the powdery green substance, I immediately dreaded the taste, but was quite surprised that it had somewhat of a sweet flavor, due to the cinnamon in the mix of ingredients. It wasn’t bad at all. I like to drink it as a hot tea, with a bit of raw honey, but if I don’t have time, I prepare it ahead by adding it to bottled water with no sweetener, so that I can grab one when I’m on the go. It doesn’t have an aftertaste, but it is slightly gritty as you get closer to finishing it due to the combination of ingredients that settled to the bottom, but if you don’t keep mixing it as you’re drinking it, or shaking it if you add it to bottled water, then give it a go; which is the reason for the four stars, by the way. Otherwise, it would have been a five!
