This is my second time ordering this product because I have seen a difference in my skin & nails. I have a glow to my skin & my nails are stronger. It doesnât have a nasty taste nor is it hard to swallow. The recommended dose per day is 3, even then it wasnât difficult to swallow. I will continue to buy this product as I feel itâs keeping me young!

These are a standard sized (not large) capsule so are easy to swallow. I keep reading that collagen is important for older people to take as it’s good for your joints and for wrinkles. It’s only been a couple months so I haven’t noticed any changes – wish I could say some wrinkles are gone but nothing noticeable yet. Maybe if you start when you begin to get the wrinkles not after they’ve set in. I’m not sure but I think I have less aches in my hip. I’ll give them a few months before deciding if I want to keep them up.

I started taking this as protocol to heal my gut. I didnât expect is many wonderful benefits. Since taking these, my hair has flourished. Itâs growing in stronger, thicker, fuller, longer, shinier & healthier overall. Iâve never in my life seen my hair this healthy & I havenât cut it in over a year. Before taking this, my hair was starting to show typical signs of breakage & was starting to look like it needed a trim, now it looks camera ray after a blow dry. Iâve been taking the collagen for about 2 months now? Also, my nails are thicker & growing in stronger. My blemishes are fading & Iâm finding less things to pick at on my face so my skin has certainly been improving. My skin tone is evening out & the dark circles under my eyes are becoming lighter. & my fine lines under my eyes are disappearing! For reference, Iâm in my early 30s with early aging signs, so fine lines have only started the last few years or so. But all of these improvements have only been happening since Iâve been taking the collagen & I donât think Iâm going to stop taking it any time soon. I was really looking for a great product to improve my skin because as you age, it loses the elasticity. Good thing this collagen is in a form of capsule. It is easier to swallow and there’s no after taste. I normally take one pill after meal in the morning and one in the evening together with my beet root supplement. I am on my one week now with this product and I can already see improvements on my skin, hair and nails. Surprisingly, my joints and muscle feel stronger when I run on my treadmill.
