Very good supplement! Easy to swallow.
I have ordered quite a few supplements in the last few months – I have heard a lot about the Co-Q 10 benefits (and myths) and have found that when taken in the morning with a good breakfast, my ‘cognitive ability’ has seemed to sharpen. I don’t feel as droopy in the mid mornings. A good feature of these is that they are easy to swallow. On the larger side but not big enough to get stuck.

Saw palmetto alternative
The supplement contains ingredients that support the health of urinary tract. It can work differently depending on the health condition. If you know which ingredients your body will react better to, you can experiment with different products by checking the supplements labels and maybe you will find one that saves you money.

The boost I needed
CogniAid came into my life at a fortuitous time: work was crushing me, stress had kicked in, my brain — which needed to be in peak performance mode — wasn’t functioning as well as it should. During meetings, I’d find myself searching for the right word, stumbling over sentences, wondering if my client thought I was an idiot.I saw this product from Designs for Health — a vendor that seems to do all the right things to ensure product integrity and quality — and figured I would try it. I’ve been reading a lot about bacopa, and the positives seemed to outweigh the possible negatives (lethargy, T4 thyroid hormone increase). Grape and blueberry extracts are believed to help sharpen mental processes over the long term. Ashwaghanda, I’m already familiar with. So I ordered the product.I have been taking the CogniAid for over a week, and so far I am thrilled with how much it’s helped. (Yes, there may be a placebo effect, but I am constantly trying new supplements — many either do nothing or make me feel terrible). Everything I have read about the components of this supplement suggest that with regular use, the benefits will continue to increase. Yes, it’s expensive, as supplements go, but the daily cost is still less than a drink at your favorite coffee shop, and there’s no crash after the high. The only downside for me is the name: not a fan of ‘CogniAid.’ But given everything else, I’ll let that go.

Mixed Memory
I honestly thought this supplement was not as good as Prevagen or ginkgo biloba has been to me. Seek elsewhere for a better way to stimulate your memories & mind.

Quality Brand
From my wife Sarah: I love this brand. It’s made with less or no allergens. I’ve found their supplements to be of good quality. For brain support though, my naturopathic doctor has suggested two products from Researched Nutritionals – Cognicare and also BDNF Essentials, so I’ll change over. She says she’s seeing great results with these.

Great quality
This product is great for a clear mind and staying focus. Just 2 capsules a day. The bottle comes with 60 capsules for a month’s supply. It is pricey but works great.
