One use & Iâm a fan!!
I bought this Bed Buddy heatable neck roll for my mother as a replacement for her old oneâ¦.I personally had never tried one of these in the past, but thought Iâd give it a try, as she faithfully uses this pretty much daily now at age 82. All I can say is WOW!!! What have I been missing all these years for aches & pains? This does take a good 90 seconds to heat in the microwave but once you take it out and place around your neck? It somehow feels like a moist heat (however you donât get it wet!) and has a very mild pleasant scentâ¦it is very comfortable/not cumbersome to apply to any part of your body. I felt almost instant relief~the only downfall would be that you have to keep heating it up if you want to continually use it either through the day or night; as a RN for the last 30 years, I wish I wouldâve discovered this earlier, as Iâve used heating pads for many yearsâ¦.I will be purchasing one of these Bed Buddyâs for myself!!!

This is perfect for my sore neck and joint pain! I heat up in the microwave for about one and a half to two minutes and itâs perfect! I love that the cover is removable to wash! It has a very faint scent of lavender! Great product!

Excellent Quality and Construction for the Price!
We’ve been using their brand of warm/hot packs for many, many years.For the cost, the quality of their products is excellent.This neck pillow is no exception. It warms up very nicely, stays warm for a good 30 minutes and smells very nice (think spa/essential oils).Will definitely keep buying and using Bed Buddy products! They quality is great and unlike a plug in heating pad, they don’t get too hot and it slowly decreases in temperature.You’re only supposed to keep heat on an injury/sore area for about 20 minutes in order to avoid increased inflammation. Bed Buddy products always remind me not to leave the heat on too long which I really like.

I put this product in the microwave to help my lower back and my shoulders almost daily. It has worked great for the last three months. As long as I donât put it in the microwave for more than 90 seconds, it doesnât smell bad. It holds its heat for a long time, and itâs very comfortable to wear.

Toss it in the microwave for 1:30 and it stays warm for nearly 3 hours. Slightly weighted but not cumbersome. Eases neck and shoulder strain, great for ear aches and Vertigo too. Lavender and Chamomile scent is light and soothing. Highly recommend for Vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, autoimmune disorders that cause body chills but no fever.
