Customers say

Customers like the functionality of the disposable incontinence surface protector. However, they find it too thin and flimsy for urine protection. They also report leakage issues, with urine leaking through quickly. Many customers dislike the durability of the product. Opinions vary on value for money, size, and waterproofing.

A must for a newborn boy
These are like small puppy pads. They are very thin, but the my get the job done. I place a few down on the changing table for accidents and I have some in the diaper bag. They work great for when my baby pees on the table (which is often as he’s less than one month). I started out using a washable cover, but it’s so much easier to use these.

    Very thin and cheap
Product was very cheap and thin! They did not hold any liquid and had to use multiple pads, tore easy and still did not work. I would not recommend these at all, they are a waste of money and useless!

    Good pads for LIGHT duty
I see a lot of negative reviews here from people disregarding the size dimensions and the “light absorbancy” tag, expecting a heavier-duty product. To be fair, “light absorbancy” is not quantifiable, so I sacrificed one of my pads to measure how much water it could hold — it’s 4 fl oz (roughly 118ml). After that, it cannot absorb any more liquid. These are not training pads for you to have your dog “go” on. These will not stand up to emptying an entire bladder. But that’s not what these are designed for, and not how they are being marketed. These are for a use case like mine where my dog has slight urinary incontinence and drips small amounts of urine at a time when he lays down. These perfectly collect that small amount of urine and the backing is waterproof, keeping it off the couch. The seller for these (Medline) has a range of absorbancy levels, but I have only tried these “light” duty ones as my use case is truly light duty. If you need heavier duty, pay more to get heavier duty. Otherwise, this is like trying to use a sports car to haul a heavy load and getting mad that you didn’t choose a tow truck. At ~20 cents a pop, these are perfect if you are being realistic.

Pads work well for several reasons
I use these for a few reasons; my elderly parents find them of immense help in keeping their bed dry during their nights. I’ve used these also for my elderly dog who has a tendency to use my bed for relieving himself. These help well in clean up in either situation mentioned.

    Thin pads
Thinner than regular pads, but for the price it is satisfactory.Won’t buy again, it is very wasteful b/c of frequency of changing needed.

    Pretty good value
Purchased these for my husband to trim his beard and to change my son’s diaper when we are out. They get the job done. They do feel a little thin and cheap, but fine for what we need them fior.

    Not that great
These are smaller than I expected. Was using them for my dogs (7 & 20 pounds). It soaked through and soaked the tile floor underneath. Switched to a different product.

I would not buy these again
These are terrible. There is only one thin layer of absorbent material, so the urine just runs everywhere or stands there until you pick it up and it runs out. Never buying again.
