Helps with focus

I take 2 of these daily , they seem to work great

Pills make me feel icy cold.
These pills do seem to give me a little extra energy, and do not make me jittery at all – which is great! They also cut my appetite. However, I have only taken them for a few days because every time I do I have a really weird reaction. Within 10 minutes of taking a pill, my throat and the roof of my mouth suddenly feel icy cold. It’s like I have opened the freezer door and breathed in the really cold air. Then I get chills all over and stay feeling this way for about 8 hours – until the pill starts wearing off. It’s been really hot here lately (in the 90’s) and even when I’m out in the heat my mouth/throat feel like I just drank a glass of ice water. Otherwise, I feel normal. At this point I can’t decide whether this is alarming enough to make me stop taking them, or if it’s okay. I haven’t read any other reviews where someone reports this happening to them. Any advice?

Helped me kick coffee
I had to stop drinking coffee because of stomach issues. Had a hard time staying awake. I tried different green tea capsules. The cheap ones from Walmart were bitter. Jarrow brand agrees with me and they are not expensive. I take them with my breakfast and lunch to combat food coma. It helps me to take on a full stomach. I get nauseous if I take on an empty stomach.

a healthier way to do caffeine tabs
Many can review this as a health supplement. Quite a bit of data saying green tea is good for you. I suspect it is.I use these a little differently. There are times that getting my normal caffeine for the day just does not work out (say I am at beach all day and do not feel like getting starbucks). If you are like me and your body has a caffeine schedule and there is hell to pay (headache) if you skip a day . . . well I suspect these are a little better for you than no-doze . . . but really I do not think no doze is bad. I am sure they are better than drinking some crap filled energy drink.These have quite a bit of caffeine compared to most tea supplements. Like 40-50mg per tablet. I never burp up any tea taste with these, which is important.
