Okay, but not as good as it could be
I have had many wonderful Fisher-Price products, and this does look like fun for the under 6 month crowd (hence the four stars), but I had two major disappointments with this product.First, assembly was rather a pain, and could have been a literal one. There aren’t directions as to exactly how to get the arch pieces apart, and there should have been. The arch pieces are sewn together at the top center, and then the hooks to attach them to the floor mat are hooked together. It took me a bit to figure out how to separate the hooks, which involved bending between the two and then sliding the pole along each of them to unhook them. (I included photos that may help.) It turns out that the pole ends release with a great deal of force and the first one flew across the floor and whacked it’s tag loudly into my entertainment center. Thankfully, it hit the wood of the base and not the television, or worse yet a person. Be careful! I handled the other connection much more gingerly and avoided injury. I’m not thrilled that I would have to reconnect the ends to store it away between visits of friends with babies.Putting things together after that wasn’t a problem. The hooks of the poles attach underneath the mat, and the mirror velcros on while the other toys attach to ribbon loops. (Except for a teether, that apparently isn’t meant to attach.)The second disappointment is that not all of the pieces are washable. The mat and one toy are machine washable in cold water, and I hung them to dry in my shower, though the directions say they can be tumbled dry on low. They did survive the delicate cycle, which is good. Most of the other toys can be wiped with a damp cloth, but the stuffed koala toy and the arch assembly are “Do not wash, do not bleach, do not dry, do not iron, and do not dry clean.” Since I have children who visit from different families, I like to clean everything in between, and besides — accidents and spit-up happen with little ones, plus the arch assembly could of course get chewed on. I would have appreciated it if Fisher-Price had made everything washable, or at least safe to wipe down.Overall, this could be good for a single family toy that stays assembled at all times, but for my purposes of use by babies from multiple families and being cleaned and put away between uses, it’s not going to work.

Fun but doesn’t hold up
My baby (5 months) loves this play mat, but in my experience, it doesn’t hold up very well (two of the four little nylon straps that hold toys have broken and no longer hold toys). He probably used this on average about an hour or two a day (depending on the day) for several months, so it definitely kept him entertained, and he still enjoys it. I do like that the toys are easy for him to reach, but I think the repeated pulling caused the straps to rip over time. He can still use the little toys (the blue bird rattle is a favorite!). I would probably buy a different brand next time to see if it holds up better.

Baby loves it
Assembling is easy and wile I dont put it on my hardwood floor place it on a thick blanket for comfort. My baby seems to love to play with the sensory toys and it gives me a little break.

So Cute
This is an adorable baby activity mat. It is high quality and seems well made. It has 6 sensory toys that are perfect for infants of all ages. The mat is soft and protective. It folds and opens easily and stays in place once opened. This would make a very nice gift.

The play mat itself is very cute, simple and will be easy to store when not in use. Unfortunately it was shipped in the original box which was damaged upon arrival and also looked like it had been opened and closed a few times. 0 stars for packaging / 4 stars for the products cuteness level.

This play mat is absolutely wonderful! Our baby loves spending time on it, and the sensory toys attached are of excellent quality. The lightweight design makes it easy to move around, and itâs also super easy to clean, which is a big plus for busy parents. The only downside is that the base is quite thin, so we had to add an extra layer underneath for better comfort. Despite this, itâs a great product overall, and weâre very happy with it. Itâs a fantastic way to keep babies entertained and stimulated! Highly recommended with a small adjustment for the base.

I really want to love it. Itâs pretty and they toys are very functional but the straps to hold the toys hanging are very weak. One broke couple of days after we started using it. Now the last one is hanging by a thread.
