I have previously been buying a 2lb tub once a month of a different brand for $15. I found these 1lb bags and bought 4 for under $20. Flawless quality and overall about 50% cost savings. Lose Belly Fat
These seeds are amazing! Iâve lost so much belly fat, no weight, but Iâm looking and feeling so much better, and this is so easy! I pour about 1/8 of a teaspoon of seeds in about 12 ozs of water and wait 30 minutes. This allows them to absorb water. Then I drink them and thatâs it! I take them in the morning before I eat anything. Theyâre tasteless and odorless. Some side effects though are gas and constipation so I recommend trying them on a day off. On day 3 my stomach had gone down and I had no problem getting into my jeans. I would recommend them to everyone but I have read that there is a risk of prostate cancer to men. I would check with your doctor. This bag will last you quite awhile depending on how much u decide to use. I would start out small. I donât have a problem swallowing water with small balls of gel. Hope you donât either because this really works. No exercise needed. Iâm disabled.

These chia seeds are great! I primarily use them to make chia pudding with almond milk and honey, which has since become one of my favorite snacks! Other reviews do note that they found small rocks/dirt in their bag, however I didnât find a single one! The chia seeds have also helped with my energy levels and inflammation, itâs been a total win buying these!

Nice addition to my protein shakes
So far I am liking these, soak em overnight then they go into my protein shakes. No smell and quality seems very good.
