WELL WORTH THE TRY!!
I’ve just started this product after a bunch of research. I was a bit skeptical because, well, because I’m human. Within an hour after the first dose I felt improved alertness. Not jittery, just, somehow more awake, less tired, less fatigued. Actually no fatigue at all. I thought it could be my mind because I anticipated this effect but I’ve been taking this product every day for 2 weeks now and the results are reliable and predictable. I feel better, more alert, my mind is more sharp. I usually have a cup of coffee on my way to work but I no longer feel like I have to have it in order to function. I know the many benefits of ACV and I actually decided to try Keto after my doctor discovered that my body doesn’t process carbs normally, hence my fatigue, etc. I’m an otherwise healthy, active, middle-aged mom who works full time. I practice yoga 6 days a week and go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I focus on strength, balance, flexibility and developing lean muscles. I’m naturally curvy and tall. I’m not necessarily using the product to lose weight although I wouldn’t mind getting rid of my baby pouch, which is why I haven’t weighed myself since starting the product. Truth be told I don’t even own a scale. That said though, my clothes are starting to feel a little different. Typically a size 16, my pants are loose and (TMI alert) almost all of my undergarments are too big now. It’s funny, I know. I’ve never been one to snack and don’t really have a sweet tooth but I’ve also noticed that I don’t crave bread, like, at all. Because of how I process carbs I’ve cut bread out completely but the cravings damn near killed me. Since taking this product that’s fully alleviated. I don’t over-eat but I notice that I’m eating less and satisfied sooner when I do eat. I’m excited for my next check up with my doc to see how many pounds I’ve shed but more importantly to see what my A1C is. at it’s high it was 6.9 and on my own I’ve brought it down to 5.7. I’m excited to see how being in ketosis will help bring it down even more. This product, so far, for this black woman, is freaking awesome. Would very strongly recommend (but consult with your health care professional first). Oh, one last thing, I like the ingredient list on this product. I understand everything in it and I feel good about putting it into my body because it’s clean. Best of luck to you!

Helps you lose weight ,Improves digestion and keeps you energized
This supplement combined with âketo BHPâ has helped with giving me more energy, keeps me focus and it has improved my digestion system meaning it speeds up my metabolism therefore I digest my food quicker then before . I used to have a very lazy GI system which delayed digestion prior to starting this supplement and now I can get to have a bowel movement daily… TMI . I also feel way more energized without jitters… Taking this supplement along with following a âsomewhatâ disciplined dietary regimen has led to an expected outcomes… I dropped 1 pant size in 30 days… I go by body measurements rather then weight… but if you are curious to find out how much weight lost well here it is . I went from 138 lbs to 125 … this weight is actually perfect for my height, I lost about an inch from my hips which was what I wanted. I recommend you use this to support you expected weight lost journey.

Increased overall well-being, but no result on scale so far
I bought this product to increase my well-being and hopefully loose some fat. I have now used it for almost 1 month and I have not seen any changes on the scale, but I feel a bit slimmer at places. The most benefit I have got from this product is decreased need for snacking and ability to reduce potion sizes and still feel full. I feel like I have more energy now and I believe I will also loose weight slowly and healthy if I continue using this product in combination to some control of the diet. I have a starting BMI of around 26 and I have not changed my weight much since forever, so I assume it is harder for me to loose weight compared to someone with higher BMI. I take 3 capsules in the morning, 20-30 min before breakfast, but I believe better effect would come after increased dose during the day. There are other more expensive products with much higher doses of BHB, but this product seem to be good value for what you get.

It is an interesting product. I like the fact that I am getting my Apple Cider Vinegar pillwith the Keto Supplements all in one capsule. I was taking both in a separate pills butthis very covenant. Using for about a month now and it does curb the apatite like itshould.I also like the added benefit of the cleansing effect that seems to also help with the gut floralfrom my probiotics I take as well. It is a nice compliment for digestive health as well.Very nice product and will purchase another one for a 3 month trail to get evenmore benefit from the product. Nice Job on this one indeed.

My first 2 weeks on keto without this I was low energy, hungry and was not dropping the weight I wanted.These have helped me up my weight loss to 1.5 lbs per week by reducing cravings, giving me a full feeling for most of the day and my energy is back to where I want it.Tip: take in morning w a full glass of water 25-30 mins before a protein intense meal. They Actually WORK!!!!!
I have personally tried other products with little results. They all calm that you will see fast results. None of these products have proven this to be true. After reading the reviews for this product I thought it may be just like those other companies. Finally, I stumbled upon a shark tank video about this product and began to read more review and watch real life videos from real people with real results. After taking this product for a couple of weeks. I didnât felt different! I had more energy. I also had less cravings and I actually couldnât eat the portion size that I did before routinely taking this product. The other day I came into the kitchen and my daughter told me that I looked different. She said that I looked smaller. I am definitely losing pounds and I feel good.
