good bang for your buck
Item: Nutricost BHB Salts Drink Mix (30 Servings, Fruit Punch Flavored) (5G BHB Per Serving) – 0G ToNutricost BHB Salts come in a 9.3 oz bottle, offering thirty servings per container. This product meets GMP standards and is gluten-free and vegetarian, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. Plus, it has zero sugar, which I really appreciate.Loaded with electrolytes, itâs perfect for rehydration, especially for those who work outdoors or engage in strenuous workouts. It also contains Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), which Iâve heard helps provide energy during low-carb diets, although Iâm still learning about its benefits.Iâve found it mixes well in lukewarm water, and I can add ice afterward without any clumping. The taste is decentâit has a fruit punch flavor with a slight vitamin aroma. The price is reasonable for thirty servings; you certainly canât find a drink like this at a convenience store for just over a dollar.

Great substitute for after workout drinks!
I have been using this drink as a substitute to my afterwork out drink and it has been working great. I took a start off because the flavor is not my favorite, but it is drinkable! I like the zero sugar and the ingredients list!

Great for Rehydration with a Delicious Flavor
Nutricost BHB Salts come in a 9.3oz bottle, providing thirty servings per container. This product is GMP compliant, gluten-free, and vegetarian, which checks a lot of boxes for those with specific dietary preferences. I also appreciate that it contains zero sugar.Packed with electrolytes, it’s great for rehydration, especially for those working outdoors or engaging in intense exercise. It also contains Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), although Iâm not entirely sure what it does. Some claim BHB is commonly associated with providing energy during low-carb diets. The fruit punch flavor is quite tasty, and the price is very reasonable considering the quality and benefits. Overall, itâs a solid choice for anyone looking to boost their hydration with added electrolytes.

Has very many beneficial benefits
OK when I ordered this, I thought this Hydration drink. Itâs really not so, I did some research on Hydroxybutrate.Hydroxybutrate is an organic compound and a Beta hydroxy acid. This may help in weight loss. This ingredient has many benefits for your well-being. Itâs actually very interesting the research on this. I suggest if youâre not familiar with this ingredient you may want to look into this. Very interesting!Since taking this I have since a pound or two come off, but I just started. This does dissolve good. Am not big on the taste, but Iam able to tolerate it.Good value for the money. Actually preforms better than I expected.

BHB Salts Fruit Punch Flavor
9.3 oz plastic tub with scoop included. Safety sealed. The past year, Iâve been experiencing migraines monthly. As Iâve been doing some research on prevention rather than jumping right into prescription meds, I decided to give this a try.Iâve found it mixes well with lukewarm water & adding ice once mixed. Iâve experienced no clumping when mixing this way. The taste is okâ¦it does have the fruit punch flavor with a vitamin smell to it. Iâve been taking this every morning for the past couple weeks & so far so good. The price point is fair providing 30 servings you canât get a drink like this at a convenience store for a $1 & some change.Iâll be finishing this out & see how the results are with the other benefits it offers.

I trust Nutricost
I’ve trusted Nutricost for many of my Vitamin and supplement needs over the years. The opportunity to test and review this latest product was a no brainer for me.The wide mouth, 30 serving container is double sealed for protection and comes with a scoop. Be careful removing the inner seal as it is adhered securely and you don’t want to spill the contents while removing it.Nutricost is a serious player in the vitamin and supplement industry, having a large facility in Utah (something you wonât see from most supplement sellers). They don’t manufacture this particular supplement, but it is still made and tested in the USA. And because I trust Nutricost, I trust that they would never let an inferior or suspect product go out their doors. With that being said, let’s look at this product:According to a widely trusted medical website, Beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) is a chemical that is made by the body. It provides energy when not enough carbohydrates or sugars have been eaten.BHB can also be made in the lab and taken as a supplement. It seems to help the brain and nerves work better. It might also provide energy to muscles to improve exercise ability.BHB is used for dry eye, athletic performance, migraine, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses. So, depending on your reason for trying it, it may or may not be beneficial.I mixed one scoop in 12oz of water and shook vigorously for 10 seconds. It dissolved well and had a fairly pleasant taste. Not quite fruit punch, but close, considering the ingredients. Adding 4 more ounces of water to make a total of 16oz diluted it down considerably. Personally I would opt for a 12oz glass.A very rare 5 star supplement review from me.
