SAM –
Decaffeinated green tea capsules are hard to find.
I am so happy to have found decaffeinated green tea in capsule form. I strongly believe in the benefits of drinking green tea but I can’t tolerate any caffeine. These are perfect and they can be opened up and turned into a hot cup of green tea if one has the time to sit down and sip it.

Seems to tame jangled nerves
I looked specifically for a decaffeinated green tea product, after considering putting my Matcha Powder in capsules for the days that I didn’t feel like drinking a cup of it. This product is an extract of green tea, providing 20% Polyphenols states the container. I do not know if it has any residual L-Theanine left in it at the point of sale. I suppose that I could write them or ask on this page, if a Q&A section is provided.

Easy to digest with no “feedback”
I’ve only just started to use this. It does not irritate my stomach, is easy to swallow and I get no “feed back” after taking it.I learned after ordering that green tea extract is very good for weight control as well as digestion. So…a win:win!

Great product!
Great product and no caffeine jitters or headaches
Kaerin –
Can cause liver damage
The recommended dose made my liver hurt. If you do some research online youâll find out that high dose of green tea extract can damage liver and even cause complete liver failure. I had to discontinue using this product immediately.
