Excellent Flavor, Even Better Performance
The Lean Body chocolate protein shake exceeded my expectations in improving my performance, flavor and texture. Itâs already amazing that this product has zero sugar, 40 grams of protein and has lower cholesterol than most protein drinks, but there was a marked difference in my performance during and after exercises when I used this product before or after a workout. It majorly curbs your appetite, and increases your stamina during workouts. And yesâit doesnât cause digestive problems or bloating. Iâm looking forward to trying other flavors and Iâm definitely going to include this shake in my daily routine.

I’m a huge fan of RTD protein shakes. Lean body is definitely a winner! This version tops in at a hefty 40g of protein, while remaining low in fat and carbs.At 270 calories per serving, this shake is a very filling and it makes a great lunch, just add in some fruit and vegetables. This shake balances sweetness without tasting artifical.I threw one in my gym bag to drink after my workout because it was so portable and made a quick breakfast. I’ve also threw it in the blender with a frozen banana and PB2. Talk about Nirvana!

My New Favorite Protein Shake?
After seeing some ads for Lean Body online, I decided to give them a try. With so many flavors to choose from, I went with Banana for my first caseâit immediately caught my eye. Compared to other protein shakes on the market, these are not only affordable but also (in my opinion) far superior to the competition. Each shake is packed with 40 grams of protein and tastes absolutely delicious. The texture is smoothâno chalkiness or lumps like other brands Iâve tried.Iâve been drinking them for a week now, and theyâve become my go-to recovery drink after intense runs, rucks, or Peloton rides. Iâll definitely be ordering more soon. The only question is: which flavor should I try next?

Great macros, good taste, easy texture
The macros here are excellent. The taste is good and it isnât chalky like most other protein shakes. I was afraid it would be really thick or have a dense texture and it doesnât. Similar texture as milk. The cookies and cream flavor is subtle, but not unpleasant. A bit expensive to drink every day, but a great option in a pinch to get your protein in.

I liked this drink. Reminds me of the premier protein chocolate. Itâs smooth and tastes good. Keeps me feeling full and helps me reach my protein goals. The larger bottles are nice but Iâd probably consider the smaller bottles in the future because I canât finish the entire large bottle in one sitting. All in all, great protein drink for when youâre on the go or need that extra bit of help to reach protein goals without adding too many calories.

I was selected on instagram to receive this product for free and test it out. Sounds sketch at first but it was legit. They Venmoâd me the cost and I used that money to purchase from them via Amazon.Unfortunately Amazon lost my package ð but Iâve since purchased again.Iâm glad that the promo introduced me to this product, otherwise I wouldnât have tried it.Itâs an incredible protein shake! 40g of protein with 0 sugar!!! As a religious gym enthusiast this is the type of shakes I look for. It satisfies my protein needs but without the unwanted sugars. The box/bottle is a good size too, much bigger compared to the rival shakes in the market, so thatâs a big plus for me.The consistency is also great, not too thick like a milkshake but not too watery either. Itâs much better ice cold vs room temp. The flavor I got was peanut butter. I thought the taste was ok. I was hoping for a stronger peanut butter flavor. I think they can tweak the recipe to make it taste more peanut butter cup-ish. I would love to try the other flavors.Overall, itâs a great product. Definitely beating its competition with 40g or protein vs most shakes with 30g of 25g which is the most common. Perfect for that post workout shake or to pair with a low protein meal to meet your macro goals.
