The phone was for my daughter for Christmas. It was the only thing that she wanted, and it was perfect. It looked like a brand new phone. No scratches or anything! She love it. It was also really easy to get it activated

They sent me a non working iPhone 16 after got my info in the phone I can not open it or even reset the phone keeps going off and on the phone donât charge and gets extremely hot

Battery life is subpar
I turned in my iPhone 13 early because the battery life wasnât sufficient to get me through the day anymore. This brand new iPhone 16 indicates that the battery is operating at 100% however it only gets through 3/4 of the day before it needs a charge. This battery seems to less robust than the 3 year old iPhone 13 battery that I turned in. Perhaps I was in too big a hurry to beat the threatened tariffs. BEWARE!
