Primal Blueprint Adaptogenic Calm is formulated with a blend of nutrients and plant-based compounds. In addition to natural stress reducers like exercise and medication, plant-based compounds known as adaptogens can support the body’s natural response to stress.* Rhodiola rosea and magnolia bark are two of the adaptogens in this supplement, as well as the amino acid L-Theanine, which is found in green tea and may help fight stress by promoting alpha wave activity in the brain.* SerinAid is also included for stress response*, as phosphatidylserine may play a role in reducing cortisol, the body’s stress response hormone, which can have a positive effect on stress levels.* Primal Blueprint is dedicated to helping everyone discover how amazingly easy and fun lifelong wellness can be, with complete diet, exercise, and lifestyle products.

    Clean omegas
I’ve been using these for some time and they are such a high quality Omega. I don’t get an upset stomach like other brands. The pills are not hard to swallow. Good price and great quality.

Best I’ve Used & Histamine Intolerance Safe!
Between having leaky gut, histamine intolerance, and a lifetime of being constipated this has been a HUGE part of my solution!! I’m ultra sensitive and this doesn’t make me bloat or have gas.. I’m actually going to the bathroom like a normal person (never has been the case for me without double dosing laxatives). I look like I lost a lot of weight since being on this and the histamine diet because my inflammation has incredibly reduced and I’m more regular.. The only thing is I wish it was cheaper or that they made a more potent one because I do notice the benefits of taking 3-5 a day.. which is necessary for healing leaky gut.. FYI Almost all probiotics make you bloat first few times of use because it’s killing the bad stuff in there and when they kill the bad stuff it releases gas.. so it’s actually a good sign you’re balancing and on your way to a flatter tummy and healthier immune system! Just try having peppermint and ginger tea with it to help ease any bloat.. other probiotics that aren’t histamine balanced like this one cause me a crazy spike in histamine and I go through a crazy allergic type reaction. So these are the safest and one of the only things I can have that will heal my gut!

    Wicked Dreams!
So I’ve never taken probiotics until now. I started eating optimally (nutritionally wise) a while ago. About a month ago I decided to get a bottle of these suckers. I popped two on the first 2 nights just to get a kick start going in my gut after years and years of antibiotics for “sinus infections.”Man, let me tell you. I had dreams those first two nights about people I had just met the day before. Here’s one of those stories. OH, and VIVID! Probably 4K resolution, IPS etc…We were on one of my favorite mountains, Snow Shoe, WV, and it was summer time (why?!). I was talking to my mom and dad at the bottom of a hill road that met up with a road that went around the mountain. An 18 wheeler drove by with a full load. I looked at it, then looked back to my mom/dad who were standing to my uphill side. My mom was talking about who knows what, but not because I don’t remember, but because I was focused on my coworker (who I had met the day before) who was skydiving behind them. She was going pretty fast for having her shoot open. I asked my parents “isn’t she going a bit fast for the landing? Doesn’t the parachute slow you down to about 20mph? She looks like she’s going 40…She disappears behind the tree line onto the top of the mountain where the landing pad was. I say I’m going to check on her and start to slowly trek up the hill towards the landing pad.I make my way up to the top and there she is, on what looks to be a medical area made out of Skee Ball machines. She’s on a table that has bright flashy lights all along the walls around it. There are two doctors aside each of her shoulders, but more near her head, as she’s laying down flat. I immediately ask if she’s ok! The doctors explain “Well, nothing is breaking so that’s good. “All her bones seem to be perfectly fine,” explains the other doctor. “Yeah, but her insides are all about 2 feet lower now,” elaborates the other doctor. WHAT?!?!Then I woke up.Then later that week after I told my coworker about the dream I had about her and her insides being lower (I had to confirm, it was that realistic!) she asked me “boy, what are you taking?” and immediately I remembered. I just started taking Probies! Holy Heck! So I rush to a computer, google “probiotics vivid dreams” and bam! There’s lots of instances where people get crazy and vivid dreams when taking probiotics. GOOD Times!Sadly, the overall experience has lightened. No more do I wake my girlfriend up from laughing in my sleep. Sleep is pretty much boring again.I dream (day dream) that one day, those dreams shall return. Oh, I also drank kambucha those first few days. That woke my girlfriend up too but because they made me gassy for the first 2 days. There’s some sort of break-in period for those. I drink them all the time with 0 poots now. Good game.

    Great Stuff
I first heard about this on Peter Attia’s blog. Until then, I had only been taking a men’s once a day multivitamin.I went over to marksdailyapple.com to do some more research about exactly what this was. Turns out that what I read was so convincing that I bought, not only this, but Mark’s Vitamin D supplement, his Omega 3 fish oil supplement, and his Damage Control multivitamin (the green labeled one), as well as his book, “The Primal Blueprint”. Although, to be perfectly clear, I was already planning on buying the book.Anyway, this is a probiotic. Contrary to an antibiotic, this actually puts good bacteria into your stomach. The rationale behind this is that, our ancestors had good bacteria in their stomachs because everything they ate had at least a little dirt on it, so some good bacteria in our stomachs is probably a good idea. It does good things for the digestion, as well as making your bowel movements considerably better. This is a great product at a great price and I heartily recommend it to anyone. Easy, no issues
I have taken fish oil for a long time, and these are my favorite. They don’t give me any stomach issues or fish burps.

    Contains seed oils
Cant recommend a product that has seed oils, i emailed the company and this is what they said. We were informed that the non-GMO sunflower oil amount, as it is a tiny part of the vitamin E component of the Omegas. Detailed processing information on it is unavailable at this time.

    Fixed me right up.
Give it a month to start working and establish a good, healthy diet during that time. I recommend Paleo. After a month you’ll feel much better.

If they run out of this their migraines return so we know it is making a difference. It appears it is helping in other ways too. Hope to write a more detailed review soon with the other benefits it appears to be making.
