Excellent Simple Cat Tree
Color almost matches our current carpet. Simple design which is all I needed. My cat just lounges at top to get away from our dog. Love the extra 2â the basket areas have. Our cat is a little tubby so smaller ones tend to not work. Very sturdy. Came almost fully assembled. Only had to screw down 4 screws for the top basket. Pretty self explanatory. I do recommend having someone help hold the basket while someone puts weight on a drill to screw them down to make sure they go in straight and secure.

They need to address some shipping issues but otherwise, I’m happy, and more importantly, the cats are pleased.
The first photo is the condition of the box when the second one i ordered arrived. The first one arrived in a box that had similar holes in it, and the extension post was missing. I exchanged it for the same tree, and this is the shape the box was in. I’ve never had a problem with Amazon packages arriving THIS bad, so I have to think it just needs to be packaged better.
Otherwise, it was easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough and of decent quality for the price. I’m super surprised the 2 screws they supply were still in the box, as they’re just rolling around loose in there but, I didn’t need them anyway.
This arrived today so, not sure how it will hold up over time but, I’m hopeful.

Show your cat some love and buy this
[Update Jan. 2025] This cat tree is getting loved to pieces. Literally. After all this time she springs around on it when we play and scratched one of the posts down to its bare wood with scratch marks on the wood, too. Sheâs going to need a new one but the price has increased almost $30 since I bought it. I canât imagine getting a different one because sheâs so used to this one.
True to my hopes the platform easily fits her now that sheâs full grown and although she jumps at full speed it is sturdy enough that her lunges never make it fall.
Itâs only that spot she choose for scratching thatâs worn out. Iâll probably replace that section with a piece of carpeting and hope the price on these goes back down.
I wanted a cat tree with big enough platforms that my six month old fur baby would fit into as she grows. If there is any product on the market that vendors mislead with photos, itâs cat towers. The only way to ensure you pick one with adequate sized platforms is to look at vendor photos with measurements. I wanted 14-15â platforms. That eliminated many of the options. I saw some with 9â platforms. Are you kidding? Thatâs the size of a pie pan.
A lot of cat trees come with dangling balls. Once the novelty wears off, no cat Iâve owned goes back to batting one. Itâs just an extra doo-dad not worth the extra cost. I like that this one is all about the platforms without any other add-ons.
As others noted, my cat fell in love with this as soon as it went up. Letâs talk a minute about putting it together. I didnât at first see that they nested the platforms inside the largest one on the bottom. I thought they left out several pieces and started making plans to return it. Common sense told me they couldnât have made that big a mistake and then figured out it out. The shag carpet sorta camouflaged the two nested platforms inside the largest one. From that point forward putting it together was easy.
Yes, it sheds shag fibers for a couple weeks but thatâs no reason to not buy it. Itâs sturdy and well made. My windows are 36â from the floor to window so I needed a relatively tall cat tree. The height of this one is perfect. The second platform clears the window and the third on top is, according to my cat, her favorite napping spot.
Iâm glad I bought this and look forward to seeing my cat loving her cat tree for a long time.

Not for large cats
Cat Tree was very nicely made and easy to put together. But, it is not for 16lb cats. They both tried it
ONCE because it tipped over an scared them never to go near it again. I got it because it was for large
cats. Sold at a discount to a neighbor. Not made as heavy as all the other cat trees I have ordered over
the years.

Ok, i know their faces dont show it lol but they love it and havent gotten off since i put it together an hour ago.
Very big and sturdy, doesnt wobble when they jump on or off.
