Perfect! And they grow!
Absolutely love these chia seeds and the price is WAY better than what I get at my local health food store. Also because they are both organic and non-gmo I feel better about eating them vs what they offer at Costco. I throw these buggers in my tea and you can’t even taste a difference. I find the biggest way to find a taste change is in straight water, which makes it taste slightly metallic, but thats a bout it. And if you want to, you can even throw a small table spoon or so into your yard and just wait a week and boop! You have your own chia plants growing in your yard

Good stuff
The chia seeds are for real. I have been taking them regularly and they have been just great. It even’s out the digestive systems.No more feeling hungry and no more over eating. I should have been taking these years ago. Down 18LBs so far.

Yes to Chia!
I love it, this was my first time using chia seeds and they work great. I use chia seeds in plain water, yogurt, salad and on a lot of different foods. It works great with my digestive system and it works immediately. I bought the two packs together since it was a bit cheaper and its great. The bag is resealable, i would buy again.

Are these supposed to dissolve ?
These do not dissolve in any liquid. The best way to eat them is in yogurt or mixed with cereal. I had hoped to drink these in milk, water or juice, but they do not dissolve and end up either stuck in your teeth or stuck to the side of the glass.

Wasted money
They must have packaged it straight out of the dirt or something cause there is a lot of things mixed in besides the seeds. Not sure how it got so many 5 stars. Some filtering would have been nice.

Easy way to add protein
I’ve been hearing how great these chia seeds are for you and decided to try them. While they don’t have much flavor, they add crunch and texture to yogurt, smoothies, oatmeal, etc. Plus they are high in protein and omega-3. I made a pudding with them (a Giada recipe) and it was fantastic!
