These things are amazing so far. I really cant believe it.
Original :I like these little tablets. After a tough night at the bar or when im just worn down i always make sure to start my day off with a couple of these things. They do a good job and help give you that little bit extra. They leave a weird aftertaste you can detect when you burp but other than that they are good and as advertised.Edited 5/7/13Ive been taking on of these pills mixed with 2 hydroxycuts for about 5 days now before I play a round of golf. I usually take them with a small snack. 4 saltines, tablespoon of cream cheese, one bite of a piece of pizza. Then I go golfing. I usually eat lunch at noon, 5.5 hours earlier. Im not hungry at all come 9:30pm when I’m done golfing. It’s amazing. I have a small dinner at 9:30 cause its time to eat and thats it. I can usually make it through the nite with a little will power. Idk whats in them but for me then really help make my hunger pangs stay way down. Must be all the nutrition…. idk. Great product though.

    Definitely Buying This Again
I began a weight loss program in January – nothing radical – just gave up sodas, sugar and fried foods, exercise and dropped my calorie intake to 1,200-1,500 a day. I’m losing 1-3 pounds a week and have lost about 20 pounds since January 2011. I still have about 110 pounds to go though. My energy levels were erratic – high one day, gone the next as my body got used to the change in calories, caffeine and sugar. My mind was alternately foggy and cloudy or clear -related to my fibromyalgia and the adjustment to my new eating habits. Then Spirulina popped up in a Dr. Mercola newsletter I think – and so I tried it.I’ve tried several supplements people suggested but this one SEEMS to help most with regulating my digestion and my energy. It’s not like taking a prescription drug and you won’t experience “an immediate spike in energy,” or even be able to tell definitively that it’s the spirulina!! but I’ve been keeping a detailed food journal and looking back I can see that the days I feel better, sleep better and have a little more energy or a better day are the days when I take this consistently throughout the day. Maybe it works, maybe it’s a placebo effect, but I’m happy with it. The capsules are easy to swallow, no taste. I’ve had no problem with them taking them with or without food – other than my bowel movements may sometimes have a greenish tint to them!! The recommended dose is two capsules three to four times daily, preferably with food. My first bottle lasted not quite two weeks. I’ve been taking it a month. Spirulina’s claim to fame seems to be in its protein, but each serving is less than 1 gram of protein. You do however get 760 mg of Spirulina – of which there is no USDA established value.According to various sites on the web spirulina is an “almost complete protein that contains 18 of the 22 amino acids the body needs. It’s not supposed to replace or rival meat protein, but when compared to plant protein it’s impressive. It is also rich with several different types of essential fatty acid, and contains Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B9, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin A and Vitamin E. It is also a source of such minerals as potassium, calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium (selenium benefits), sodium, and zinc.”The big reason most people take Spirulina is for the weight loss benefits. It’s a pretty popular diet food because it’s all natural, has all the major vitamins, amino acids and nutrients and has a very high protein content (60-70% of its body weight is pure protein). It’s also carbohydrate and sugar-free. As a result, it acts as a potent appetite suppressant reducing body weight over time. You can’t just take this and expect to lose weight, but if you’re doing other stuff right, it’s supposed to help. We’ll see! I can’t say it suppresses my appetite, but the NOW Foods Green Tea Extract, 250 Capsules / 400mg sure does!

    Vitamins & Nutrients
I use a lot of vitamins and nutrients and for all of them, use the same review. I CANNOT RECOMMEND TO ANONE ELSE WHAT TO USE OR SAY WHY IT MAY BE GOOD FOR YOU.I like vitamins and nutrients and use many since I was a kid. Amazon has good prices, good brands, a good selection and so I use them for many purchases.

    This works for me!
I started taking the spirulina capsules a little over a month ago. A coworker was taking the spirulina powder and swears by it. I couldnt stomach the powder so the capsules do the trick. After starting I have noticed that I am FINALLY able to see definition in the muscles. I’ve been working out for over a year now and really trying to gain muscle mass. I ate a high protein diet but nothing was working until I started taking spirulina. The change is very significant! Another thing I have noticed is that I seem to heal faster too. One major thing for me which may or may not be related to the spirulina is that my eczema is almost completely gone!!! I have lived with it for all of my life and it can get bad at times, especially in the winter. Usually the really bad flareups require steriod creams which I do not want to use. I had a really bad flare up on the palm of my hand that nothing was helping to get rid of. I’ve suffered with it for over a year in that area. I noticed today that its almost completely gone and healed. I do know that some people take it as a weight loss aid as it curbs hunger but I have not found that to be the true for me. However I am not looking to lose weight, just maintain and build muscle which spirulina seems like its helping that. I am really glad I decided to try spirulina and it will continue to be apart of my daily regime.

Nature’s Way Spirulina is a 👍 good product at a reasonable price!
Spirulna is the ultimate green food. It fills in the gaps for vegans and also for people who have a poor diet. I trimmed my cuticles too close and they looked horrible. I looked up what helps cuts to heal more quickly and I came across Spirulna. It does help. My cuticles still look horrible but they do not hurt. Nature’s Way is my “go to” vitamins/herb supplements. They are a trusted product when you want to be assured you are getting a 👍 good product at reasonable prices. P.S. Spirulina also gives me energy. Probably from the nutrition it provides.

    Who knows…?
When you get ‘caught up’ in the vitamin craze you begin to take so many that who knows what works and what doesn’t? My doctor slashed many supplements from my ‘list.’ This one he put a question mark next to. I will continue to take this one.
