Customers say
Customers appreciate the TV’s attractive appearance and picture quality. They find it blends well with their living room decor and appreciate the art feature. However, some feel it is not worth the premium price, as the frames are extra and the art subscription is expensive. There are mixed opinions on setup ease, brightness, and sound quality.

Great picture quality
Amazing blacks, and picture is fantastic. The art functionality is pretty cool and you can get art from external sources at a much better price than the subscription fee through Samsung. I was taken in by the art functionality and after you spend a couple days with it, you remember itâs just another TV. Catch it on sale so you don’t have buyers remorse after the novelty of the art functionality has worn off. The regular price is way too high compared to other non-frame TVs.
Great little cleaner with lots of power. –
Gorgeous
The nicest TV I have ever had. Easy to use and set up. Has a clear and beautiful picture. Love to have the art on display when not in use. Looks just like a picture hanging on the wall.

If you get one that works, great. But if not, Support will DEFEAT YOU
Itâs a great concept a pretty TV that can blend in as a work of art. If it worked, and Iâm sure it does for some, it would be great. But if you have any issues (broken HDMI ports, blotchy back light, broken art mode, crippled video streaming capability, 7x factory resets), Samsung Support will do everything they can to dodge responsibility. Rather than replace a clearly broken unit, they sent a third party support team to fix, and the team immediately conceded that these TVs ruin their day and we should have gone with another option other than THE FRAME. They called it in to Samsung who still will not replace or refund, and now after replacing circuitry within the box we are told we need a âhigh durabilityâ cord. Waiting on that. Save your money and buy something else.

WOW – Just what I hoped it would be.
I am an enthusiastic photographer and have generated picture files from all over the world. The problem is how to display the results. Printing and mounting are expensive – and there is just so much wall space for displaying the prints. The solution? The Frame! Or at least I hoped. I did have to deal with a skeptical wife. I bought the 43″ version. Set-up was easy. I prepared a “test group” of about 100 photos I had edited in Lightroom. They are now happily and beautifully being displayed in a slow-motion (by choice) slide show on my Frame. The results are fantastic. Just what I hoped. The Frame is a hit for sure. I am very very pleased – even my wife is pleased. Now we have to mount it on the wall. Next challenge. And maybe buy a second. Excellent product!!!

Great TV but an extremely stressful experience
The Good:- Purchased open box 55″ Frame TV from Walts TV which was great for the price- TV picture and performance is awesome for the price- The Samsung app experience is decent when compared with Roku (great) and Google (terrible)The Good to Know:- Be sure you remove the battery tab from the remote and charge it FULLY (via USB-C) before expecting anything (wow we struggled trying even 30min of charging and the remote blinking red and doing nothing. You’ll know it’s charged when the red charge light goes out.)- Use a fine microfiber cloth to clean the screen, you may need to slightly dampen it to get fingerprint oil off- Use clean latex gloves etc. when handling the TV to avoid printsThe Bad & Ugly- In general, for such an expensive TV, the setup instructions were lacking on some obvious stuff to help get things going faster- For us, experienced in mounting TVs and light carpentry, the phillips head screws could lock in studs HARD before they are in all the way. It’s terrible and easy to round out the screw head if you’re not careful backing it out. I’ve seen this issue elsewhere, we ended up using custom, flush top hex screws to hold the mount securely.- If you get art for the Frame TV from Etsy etc., upload them one-at-a-time, otherwise you lose the ability to not have a matte border – bulk uploads lose this for some reason. So can’t give it a full 5 stars, TV is great, the deal from Walts was great, but sheesh, just the small stuff really added more stress than expected.

Great Frame TV
This was a gift for our daughterâs new home. We own a frame tv and love the look and apps you can use on the frame to look like a picture hanging. Easy to setup and sound is good for living room. The remote is a charging and no batteries which is good but had to reorder another one. The one that came with tv would not hold charge. We had a new remote within days and tv working great. My daughter is very happy with tv.

Hard to hang but a great art TV combo
We all know why you would buy this, for the art. I love how great it looks, the art is bright but not washed out. I have a larger tv but use this one because the quality is better. This also has dynamic sound so gets louder when its louder and quiet when its normal so works great if you have noisy neighbors. TV itself was easy to set up and use. Only downfall is the mount is hard to align because it’s so flat but also you want that picture look.

Cool TV with art / poor manufacturing – TV is bowed
It’s a cool TV – picture quality is very good. The art work looks great on the wall (we need to frame it still). I’m pleased with the TV picture quality and sound. However, two big issues: (1) as others have mentioned, the interface is awful. Confusing, busy, awkward. The set up is very time consuming and not user friendly. Samsung really pushes their own TV+ service on you.(2) the TV came bowed / curved. The box and packaging were just fine and undamaged. But the TV has a curve to it. As far as I can tell, it doesn’t impact the picture quality, but it’s annoying that a higher end TV like this comes this way. We haven’t decided whether to return it or not (such a hassle, especially after I had to pay someone to hang it). Samsung needs to up their product quality.I don’t recommend at this time, unless you can be assured to get a true flat tv and not one with this defect and can deal with the clunky/busy interface.

Tiene la función de arte que puede proyectar varias obras de arte, con un costo adicional pero es una función que se ve muy real

Easy to install and looks great but very expensive price for plastic finish product .

The Brown Bezel easily attaches and provides a completed feel to the Frame TV. The brown bezel works with our aesthetic better than other colours available. The bezel is made of plastic that make it feel a bit cheap, but it does what it is meant to do. If you are DIYer you could probably make something a little more grand, but you’d have to figure in your time/effort plus ease of construction & attachment. The bezel currently attaches with what I assume are magnets embedded in the plastic construction.Overall I like the simplicity of the bezel as the picture itself that you have downloaded, is the attraction piece.

Itâs so wonderful and looks amazing! Iâd say that the frames you can add on are not 100%, corners donât match 100% and I wish they did as this is quite the show piece.

For the amount of money it was very cheap
