Sleeping better
This powder is easy to mix into fruit juice or a smoothie. The best part is that after just a couple of days, I noticed I was sleeping better and feeling more rested. I get terrible restless legs at night and for some reason, this really helps.

Great Adaptogen Blend and Appropriate for These Strange “Virus Times” 😉
I think this is a great blend of well-studied adaptogens, and gets me going in a subtler way than coffee, after, say, a night of less-than-fully-adequate sleep. The taste is predominantly the maca–a quasi-peanut-buttery note. Delicious with a generous spoonful of honey mixed in, as well! Stephen Harrod Buhner, a renowned herbalist, recommends several of these herbs as medicines to be considered for supporting various body systems affected by the dreaded “‘rona,” so it’s nice to have this product around and even take a bit prophylactically.

Grainy
I purchased this thinking I would feel a boost of energy and sleep better. So far I have been using this for a week and havenât noticed a difference. Iâm a bit disappointed in that the powers does not dissolve it is very grainy. You have to constantly stir your beverage if you donât want to have a big gulp of grains in your last sip of coffee. So far coffee is the best beverage Iâve mixed it into. It has a nutty flavor and since I use hazelnut creamer the flavor is a great addition. I will incorporate it into my smoothie next time and see if I notice a difference in the grainy texture.
