2 What’s in the box
What’s the difference between Elvie Stride and Elvie Stride 2?
Elvie 2 offers the same suction and app control with a better fit, better feel, and better flow. This includes redesigned soft silicone cups for increased comfort and comes with six sizing options in the box, ensuring a fit for 99% of nipples.
What does hospital-grade suction mean?
Elvie Stride 2 offers hospital-grade suction with pressures up to -300 mmHg and 10 intensity settings in both Stimulation and Expression modes. This power matches or exceeds that of other hospital-grade pumps, providing strong, effective performance.
Is Elvie Stride 2 more powerful than Elvie Stride?
Both Elvie Stride and Elvie Stride 2 offer hospital-grade suction (-270mmHg to -300mmHg) and use the same Hub. Proper fit is key for optimal suction. Elvie Stride 2 includes more size options with Elvie Nipple inserts for a better fit.
How does Elvie fit 99% of nipples?
Every Elvie Stride 2 includes 28mm breast shields on each cup and five insert sizes (24mm, 21mm, 19mm, 17mm, 15mm) to fit 99% of nipples. We recommend finding the best fit, as it significantly impacts milk production. Every drop counts.

Easy and Effective!
I love this pump because it’s very lightweight in my bra and very discreet! You can barely hear any sound from the pump and it’s easy to put on and take off. There aren’t that many parts to wash each time too, so that makes pumping easy when not at home! I also get the same amount of milk output with this pump as I do with my Spectra! It took a little while (maybe 2 weeks) for my body to adapt to the pump and produce the same amount of milk as my Spectra. Honestly, this is my preferred pump throughout the day! I’m thinking of buying a second one to make cleaning easier and less frequent throughout the day:)

Much better than Elvie Stride 1!
I loved the old one because it was hospital grade and stronger than Elvieâs expensive pump. This pump is much more comfortable now that theyâve replaced the plastic with silicone!

Hands free and easy to clean
Works well, and I love that itâs hands free and fairly discrete. Easy to clean as well

Awesome except you can’t purchase backup parts
As a working mom of multiple kids, on a grueling triple feeding schedule, this pump is a lifesaver. Also–it is comfortable and only 4 parts to assemble/clean the cups. You don’t have to work too hard to line up everything like some wearable pump systems that defeat the sleep deprived mom. It’s less bulky than the Imani or momcozy wearables, so you can still hold your baby or attend to the dishes (no bending over though) or make dinner or attend a zoom (fairly quiet) while pumping instead of being tied to your pump. Because I need to be hands free, I need a handsfree pump that can be my primary pump. So I need extra parts to replace according to the pump instructions and so that I am not having to wash wash wash every time I pump and not have them dry by the next pump. I’d like to have a set of dy clean parts when I need them. Even just one extra set would help. But you can’t order parts to replace for wear and tear or have backup. This is a big problem.

Performs well, fairly quiet, feels comfortable, but less convenient than separate pumps.
I’m nearing the end of my pumping run, but I ended up getting this Elvie Stride 2 to evaluate. I already own a Spectra S1 Plus, a Zomee portable pump and a Momcozy portable pump. Of course, nothing beats the suction quality and reliability of a non-portable pump like a Spectra S1, but the Elvie Stride 2 works well for a portable pump if you don’t mind the tubing. In terms of milk volume, I actually found that all of the pumps are capable of getting similar volumes of milk. The portable ones just seem to take longer than the Spectra. If I feel I’m not completely empty, I let the pumps run a bit longer. The Elvie Stride 2 actually takes about the same time as the Zomee and actually found that the Zomee sometimes got marginally more. Unfortunately, I tend to get clogged ducts no matter what I do and I’ve experienced it with all the pumps. Interestingly, switching between the pumps seems to occasionally help clear the ducts. In term of comfort, the Elvie Stride 2 is arguably the most comfortable for me. That’s probably owing to the softer silicone cups and the fact that the motor is not part of the cup itself. The motor on top of the pump cups makes for a bulkier and heavier device, which means the have to be held on tighter into place. This makes it less comfortable for me. Since the Elvie motor is separate, the cups are considerably lighter. The Elvie is a softer suction compared to the other devices and doesn’t pinch like the Mom Cozy.In terms on convenience, the Elvie Stride 2 is more convenient than the Spectra, but less so compared to the Zomee and Mom Cozy. That’s because the Elvie Stride 2 has the hassle of tubing, which has to be connected to the pump. That makes it harder to pull off a pump session during my lunch break, where I usually hop into my car and put the pumps in place. The Zomee, with no tubing, can be slipped right into place. I will say that the clear cups makes positioning of the Elvie easier. The Elvie is also quite quiet and not noticeable outdoors. In terms of cleaning, the Elvie Stride 2 is easier to clean than the Zomee and Spectra. The cups separate completely from the breast shields, which makes it easier to clean out the container. Compare that with the Zomee, which has cups that has difficult-to-reach angles with a single accessible hole that needs a special curved brush. The Mom Cozy is actually easy to clean as well, but has a stiffer shield that can make it harder to separate.Overall, this is an excellent pump that compares favorably with my other pumps. It’s comfortable and quiet. Dealing with the tubing for a portable pump is a hassle, but it’s a trade-off for taking the motor off the cups.

A step up in comfort and suction
I’ve used a lot of pumps during my journey, and this one may be the most comfortable yet. The parts that are normally plastic are made of silicone, which is SO SOFT against sensitive skin. It easily fit my sizing inserts without losing suction. While this is not as strong as my Baby Buddha, as an overall set, this can’t be beat. The power is strong due to the tubing setup to a central pump. I know some people prefer the standalone individual cups like momcozy, but while I have enjoyed those as well, they don’t empty me as completely as these do.If you’re looking at the Elvie 1, I say the price difference is definitely worth it to get the newest model!

Elvie Stride 2
This is my first time trying a portable breast pump, and I am so happy with it!I am surprised at how comfortable it is to wear, how quiet it is, and how well it performs. Sure, it doesn’t perform well as my bulky Spectra, but it does a perfectly good job and so conveniently! I am able to wear this while working from home, and find it easy enough to get into place and don’t find that I mind the tubing.I’ve found this is also very easy to assemble, disassemble and clean, which I appreciate.I want to reiterate how comfortable I find this pump to be, I think the design is very thoughtful and clever, and the silicone is very comfortable. The app is straightforward and easy to use, which I appreciate!I definitely recommend this if you are looking for this style of pump! I am very happy to have this as part of my first-time-Mom tool set!

I really had no idea what a game changer this would be. I’m no longer attached to the wall when pumping. Pretty life changing. I was surprised at the power given that it’s wireless. I used the very first pump with my first born; loved it and this one is even better. Comfortable fit, great to have the app and definitely on par with the hospital grade pump. Makes pumping so much easier and efficient. I highly recommend it to mums purchasing a pump that can be used at home, on the go and whilst youâre holding baby and getting on with your day!

Really pleased I decided to buy this pump as itâs been a godsend. When I was overdue I used this to collect colostrum and now that Iâm breastfeeding itâs helping when baby isnât latching on one of my boobs. Really straightforward to put together, use and is really comfortable to wear!
Labet26 –
I ordered this as my previous pump had stopped working, Iâve never used an Elvie before so wasnât sure what to expect. Iâm really impressed! The hands free aspect is so useful it saves so much time and means I can pump at the same time as working and typing. It also doesnât leak at all, itâs fab!

I had an Elvie single with my first baby which was an amazing part of my breastfeeding journey and I knew I wanted to upgrade to the newer model for my second child! The instructions and app are so easy to use, itâs discreet and most importantly it fits excellently, meaning no postpartum crying over spilt milk!

Very comfortable and discreet and does the job perfectly. Also not painful on the nipples which some other pumps are. Highly recommend.
