I’m a 70 year old female. This product really works for those who want their healthy body back or are trying to loose some pounds. Works great. I did not experience any side effects. Went from a size 16/18 to a size 6/8. Used with intermittent fasting. It’s not a miracle pill! It’s the real deal. No real excersise, just staying active. Not an overnight solution, but Def helps keep you on track to be the best image of yourself. Took me about a year and have stayed or continued to loose little bits. Definitely worth the try!

Perhaps it’s me, but it appears to be gummy bears. Taste good. I would not recommend purchase to others. Why bother? There is so much information out there regarding effective means of making the best of a ketosis weight loss plan. None of them require the addition of these “gummies”. I don’t see that these items are of any help.

They only work when combined with a low carb diet and workout schedule. They will moderately curb your appetite by about 20-30%. They also work better after consistent use I personally started to feel less hungry after a week of taking them twice a day. They will mess up your sleep cycle as there is caffeine in them and you will eventually have sleepless nights. However main purpose that they Served for me was that after two weeks I didnât feel as hungry and started eating much less portions.Theyâre not miracle but theyâre a moderate help
