This is one terrific TV
We purchased this tv for a guest room, looking for a 32 inch model with built-in Amazon Fire functionality, 1080p resolution, a decent remote, and a reasonable price. This one seemed to check all the boxes. The tv arrived in one day, well-packaged and in perfect condition. Set-up was very simple. The picture quality is fantastic, with bright colors and excellent contrast. The sound quality is good, much better than we were expecting from a small tv, definitely good enough for the room we put it in. In fact, we donât plan to add a sound bar at all. It was simple to install the apps we use on our main tv. We are totally satisfied with our purchaseâ¦it met or exceeded all of our needs and the price was great.

Easy Setup and Good Picture
Full discolosure: I took a multi-decadeTV-watching hiatus, so this is my first smart TV. It was very easy to set up. I chose the option to use the QR code, and my phone pretty much did the rest for me. The remote is simple to use. The external, air-wave antennae attached without any difficulty. Picture is good, and the volume is sufficient for my small living room. Was shocked at how little the TV weighs. If you’re looking for a smaller TV, I’d highly recommend this one.

LOVE this TV!
I just got done setting it up and I’m loving this TV.I bought and returned 2 different tvs from a store because both were disappointing and not what I was looking for. I decided I wanted a Fire TV, so I bought this one. After setting it up and watching a few minutes of several channels, I knew that I would be fully satisfied with my purchase. I only had to download 1 app, because this TV had all the other apps that I use frequently. I love that I can search for apps and download them, since this option was at the top of my list of “must have.”I also attached my antenna and this TV found 15+ more channels than my old TV had! I love that I can either watch antenna TV or Fire TV for free. So much to watch, so little time.The visual picture is pretty amazing and worth the extra cost for higher quality viewing.Another thing that I absolutely needed was for the TV is to start on the app screen and not a TV channel. This TV does exactly that. I watch more apps than I do live TV. I usually only watch live TV during Severe Weather season.Buy this TV if these are what you are looking for as well. You won’t be disappointed!

Good TV, Slow OS
TV is good, the operating system they use is horribly slow though. Expect 30 minutes of updates when you take it out of the box and connect it to the internet. It feels really light, mounted well on the wall with a small mount. LED underneath is more of a status indicator, it doesn’t stay on all the time (the clear/whitish thing under the TCL logo). Would be nice if the refresh rate was higher but it suits the purpose I got it for. If you play video games, I wouldn’t use this as a primary monitor for that.Remote survived a chomp from a large dog, same dog chewed on a Chromecast remote and broke it. I wouldn’t compare it normally but he bit it in similar spots (on the power button). It’s nice you can use the FireTV app for this TV to control from your phone as well, can ignore the real remote if you want.Audio is pretty “tinny” and voices can be hard to understand, typical TV, easy enough to do what I did, get a Bluetooth speaker, connect the AUX cable to the TV and to your speaker, plug speaker into TV USB for power only. Or you can use wired speakers too, some places sell Bluetooth transmitters for 3.5mm plugs as well. You can tweak the audio settings to make it audible without extra speakers.Display is clear, didn’t notice any dead/stuck pixels. Plenty of screen adjustment for me, unfortunately no HDR but it’s an inexpensive TV. Color is good, nothing to write home about, won’t exactly blow your socks off.An okay amount of applications, finding new ones and customizing the layout of the menus is a bit tedious but typically a one-time kind of thing. Can access games, I haven’t tried to play anything on it.

An awesome purchase
I need this tv to be shipped to Colombia, but I was afraid that the package was damaged during the travel. The TV arrived the estimated delivery date, and is perfect for the room. I read in another reviews, that this tv have a light that can be turn off at night, but this model although have a light, it turn off automatically after 30 minutes when the tv is off. The setup was really easy, the only thing that I did not like is that prime video app should be mandatory the same account that you use to register the TV, and it cannot be changed. The video and sound quality is awesome, and the price is just perfect!
