Perfect for Dry January and Beyond!
I decided to try the Recess Zero Proof Craft Mocktails as part of my Dry January experiment, and Iâm so glad I did! I was a little skeptical at first because mocktails can sometimes feel like watered-down substitute or way too sweet, but these drinks totally surprised me. Theyâre genuinely flavorful and thoughtfully crafted, making them feel like a treat instead of just a replacement for alcohol.The Happy Hour Sampler is a great way to try all the flavors, and honestly, I loved having options. My favorite so far is the Margarita, itâs refreshing with just the right amount of tartness and fizz. Itâs the perfect drink to sip on during those moments when Iâd usually reach for a glass of wine or a cocktail.I also appreciate the adaptogens in these drinks. I donât know if itâs placebo or the real deal, but they do feel relaxing, especially after a long day. Bonus: I donât miss the morning fog that sometimes comes with a real cocktail!Whether youâre cutting back, going completely alcohol-free, or just looking for a unique mixer for gatherings, these are such a win. Recess is definitely making my Dry January way more fun and tastier – I think I will keep ’em around all year!

Recess is a great non-alcoholic drink!
I love all of the Recess drinks. They are not too sweet and are low-calorie. When I donât want to have alcohol, but I I want something to sip on⦠they are a great alternative. However, I will say I am not a sugary drink person and I enjoy sparkling water and kombucha. So, these are kind of a cross between those two with added benefits.

Missing ingredients on label
I was excited to try this product, but I wonât be reordering nor finishing the remaining cans. I tried the Island Spritz, which doesnât include a description of the flavor on the can. I did review the ingredients on the website as I have w coconut allergy. It was not listed anywhere on the can. However, it is in this product, and I had an allergic reaction.Afterwards, I went on the Recess website, and the flavor is described as âpineapple-coconutâ which would have been helpful if it was on the label. I reached out to their customer service about it, and I was told âThe coconut flavor in Island spritz is a natural flavor, and all natural flavors used in Recess products are completely free of allergens.â Clearly this canât be true if your natural flavor is the allergen. Disappointing label and disappointing response.

Good mocktail
Iâm doing dry January and these looked really refreshing! And they are! But they do have caffeine so that kept me up- wish they didnât have caffeine as theyâd definitely help me relax.

I ordered the variety pack. Wow! First alcohol free cocktails that resemble the real thing. Not too sweet, and very favorable. I think the island spritz is my favorite. Highly recommend.

Not a refreshing flavor. In the variety pack, this is my least favorite flavor (and prefer to skip it).Would love a 12pk of Paloma, or Cosmo instead.Really tastes like one of the old lifesavers trop fruit flavors – cream colored – I think it was guava…

Fun festive drinks to a non alcoholic alternative. Very flavorful without being hungover or with fog brain. Not a lot of calories which is always nice.

The taste is okay
The taste is okay & a bit too bubbly for me. Of course I love the fact of being non alcoholicâ¦no headache& all the problems that comes with alcohol, I was just hoping for a better taste ( more like the cocktails they are trying to replicate).
