Spirulina has amazing health benefits… I even give it to my dog (in a pill form) to combat her allergies.I just tried this brand this morning (8/13/19) as when I taking spirulina before, it was another brand and a tablet..The taste… kind of a sweet after taste. Definitely tolerable. Liquid… because the body absorbs it better. It you want the total benefits, do a cleanse for your gut, which goes for anything… supplements, vitamins, healthy foods etc.From this brand I’ve been using since April: Yucca extract and Ashwaghanda extract, both of which have beneficial to my digestive, gut, mental clarity and overall health.
