Must Have Health Tracker
Iâve been using the Oura Ring for about a week now, and itâs already been a game-changer in understanding my health and daily habits. Hereâs what stood out to me:Design and ComfortThe sleek design makes it look like a regular ring, and itâs surprisingly lightweight. I often forget Iâm wearing it, even while sleeping or working out. Itâs also water-resistant, so I donât have to take it off for washing hands or showering.Features and InsightsThe Oura Ring tracks sleep, activity, and readiness with remarkable accuracy. It even detects when Iâve taken a nap! The sleep insights are detailed, breaking down REM, deep, and light sleep stages. Itâs helped me make small changes, like setting a consistent bedtime, that have improved my overall rest. The activity tracking motivates me to stay active without pushing too hard. I love how it adapts to my energy levels, giving personalized recommendations for recovery or exercise.Battery Life and AppThe battery lasts about 8 days, which is impressive compared to my Apple Watch. The companion app is intuitive, with easy-to-read metrics and actionable tips. Syncing with my phone has been seamless. What Could Be BetterThe price may feel steep, but considering the wealth of data it provides, I believe itâs worth it. Also, sizing can be tricky, so make sure to use the sizing kit they offer. The ring is HSA/FSA approved so it made the purchase more affordable since I had the money already set aside.Final ThoughtsIf youâre looking for a discreet, powerful health tracker, the Oura Ring is an excellent investment. Itâs perfect for anyone who wants to optimize their sleep, monitor activity, and improve overall wellness without wearing a bulky device.5/5 stars! Highly recommend.

Best Purchase Ever
Iâve had watches, Fitbitâs, you name it but this is the best thing Iâve come across so far. The amount of detail and insight I receive into my health is unmatched. I finally feel competitive with myself and want to better my habits based on how my numbers fluctuate. I love that this also gives insight into how my sleep habits are and when to best navigate bedtime based on my habits. I love that it changes and adapts to me and isnât a one size fits all health approach. Worth every penny for the functionality as well as the sleek design. I initially purchased the 3 and quickly exchanged it for the 4 to rid of the bumps on the inside and itâs so comfortable I forgot Iâm wearing it. The charging is so fast, the silver is nice and while has a couple scratches, stays very clean and shiny.

Pretty neat.
The fitness ring is primarily focused on health monitoring and provides more comprehensive data compared to Apple or Samsung watches. It offers detailed explanations of its various features and adapts its functionality over time based on the duration of wear. While it generally provides accurate readings similar to an Apple Watch, its step tracking feature may differ slightly. The ringâs size may be considered bulky for a wearable device, but it accommodates the intricate sensors and components. It seamlessly syncs with the phone and can store up to a week of data before requiring manual synchronization. The battery life lasts approximately five days before prompting constant charging reminders before bedtime. Although the app offers useful features, it does require a subscription fee for access to more advanced functionalities. Considering the price point of the ring, it would be more reasonable to expect it to be offered at no cost or on a monthly or yearly basis rather than a subscription model.

Comfortable, Classy, & Helpful
I love this ring. I tried the Whoop Band for a bit and found it not comfortable enough for 24/7 wearing. The Oura Ring, though? Honestly, by the end of the first day, I got used to it. If you’ve ever worn a cheap, simple ring, this is about equally as thick. The titanium is nice, though. Feels very sturdy and I’ve already gotten compliments about the way the light shines against it. Now let’s talk about the smartness. 2 days ago, it warned me that I might be getting sick. Today, I woke up with a cold and Oura was like, hey! Seems like you’re sick. You should probably turn on rest mode! Now that’s some wizardry. The Oura Advisor (currently under Oura Labs) is also freaky helpful. I even asked it if it was weird that this AI felt like a second therapist for me and it gave a thoughtful, insightful answer! I was pretty blown away. Especially as it supported my use of other help apps, as compared to simply telling me to do everything through Oura. Selfless, like a proper advisor should be. It also charged super fast. I’ve only taken it off for showers and that has been more than enough to keep it consistently above 50%.The other thing I liked over the Whoop is that the app is very simple and hands off. The whoop was very hands on and complicated. It felt like work to under how my body was doing, whereas Oura just gives it to you straight and doesn’t ask much of you, which is much prefer. It’s only been a few weeks, but I’m a big fan so far.
