What a deal
Phone is a ârenewed-premiumâ. Perfect condition, 100% battery life. Buy one, you wonât be disappointed.What a deal, less than 1 yr old phone, for $600 less than what the carriers are selling it for. Not a single scratch anywhere, battery is 100% having only 4 charge cycles. Using the phone to write this review right now, not a single issue whatsoever. I only buy new phones every 5 years or so, but I will only be buying Amazon renewed premium phones from now on.

A nice upgrade
My wife was using a IPhone 7 which still worked OK but was getting a bit long in the tooth and wouldn’t access 5G, so this it’s replacement. The actual phone arrived in perfect condition and works exactly as it should. This seems to me to be a good way to upgrade without paying full price for the latest and greatest IPhone.

This iPhone 15 plus arrived on time and in perfect condition – glad I paid a little more to get one in excellent condition. Battery was 100% dead on arrival which concerned me a bit, but it charged up fine (no charger included) and holds a charge well. Watched a video on what functions to disable to preserve battery and privacy – took about 1/2 hr to do all of that. Apple has so many ways to gather your info now and they don’t make it easy to shut all this crap off. The wife is an Apple-head though so it works for her. Personally, I’m a Droid head.

Refurbished Phone Issues – Run!
The phone worked fine for a few hours but soon had frequent errors and restarts. Apple confirmed it likely had physical damage and was not under warranty. Since it was shipped to Costa Rica, I couldn’t return it, leaving me out over $700. This isn’t my first issue with refurbished items on Amazon, and itâs shaken my trust in their quality control. I recommend buying new to avoid similar problems.

Good iPhone with 100% battery health and 2 cycles
I got first item and found out it was blacklisted. I returned it and ordered another one. The second item is good with clean IMEI. For iPhone condition both first and second items are basically brand new. Only first one was listed as blacklisted which is surprising. Generally, Amazon quickly help me return and give me replacement. I am satisfied.

I have been using iPhone for years, since the first one came out in face and I love how they have changed over the years.I was extremely skeptical spending $800 on a ârenewedâ phone from Amazon but when I got this phone it didnât arrive in the original packaging but thatâs ok, because the phone was practically new and in perfect condition and it was not hard to set it up either with my old phone because all I had to do was set them next to each other and the apple program did the rest and transferred everything over and it was even easier for my carrier info.I am very satisfied with my purchase and urge people to not be so scared of the ârenewedâ tag in the description as itâs obvious to me that Amazon makes them close to new as they can with their refurbishment process.
