The best diffuser ever
I bought this diffuser based upon so many excellent reviews. I love it so much I bought another for where I work, and another to give as a Christmas gift. What I like; appearance. It’s beautiful–the stone cover is really pretty and heavy, sturdy and streamlined. It has a minimalist design and the colors available are wonderful. I chose a black one and 2 white. 2. You use regular tap water, and it’s easy to remove the cover and inside piece to fill. 3. The light at the base can be bright, dimmed or turned off. 4. It turns itself off when the water is gone! Excellent feature. 5. The 4- or 8-hour option is perfect, and I’ve found that it will work even beyond each setting. It may be pricey for some but it is so worth every dollar. 6. It comes beautifully packaged and has everything you need for the simple set-up.

Bought 2. Both died. $200 down the drain.
Purchased 2 of these – Loved this diffuser’s look, the diffusing smells were far superior to cheaper models I have had previously but they both died (after minimal use) Reading the reviews I don’t seem to be the only one this has happened to!Also if you look at their website they say this“ We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for the same model and color.Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty.”I find it very telling by this model has no guarantee because it clearly has huge issues! Do yourself a favor and spend 1/3rd of the price on a cheaper copycat.

So happy I bought this
This is nice quality and I love that it’s ceramic. It goes with all my other vases and things. This looks so nice and expensive….this also works wonderfully. It makes my house smell amazing and it travels from room to room. I love this so much and so happy I bought it. I highly highly recommend this and I would absolutely repurchase it.

2nd time writing review
Loved the care in shipping, even still got the box. Pulled it out and immediately said “This is Nice”. The feel of the stone and showcase of performance is top tier. The different time settings is good as well with shutoff. Container that holds the water and fragrance is a nice shaape and clear for the water line to be seen. Need to have an extra 1 soon.

My review will address some problems and counter arguments to what is brought up in other reviews.Someone mentioned that you get your hands all oily trying to set up this device but I personally had no problems with it. As long as you are using one of those oils with a small pipette lid you shouldn’t have any issues. The max water level mark is also way below the top of the container so your hands shouldn’t get wet or oily anyways as long as you are somewhat coordinated. The black version also doesn’t stain as much as the other lighter variations, so if that’s an issue you’re worried about then get the black one.Granted, this device is pretty expensive compared to its competitors, and you could definitely buy something for half its price which works just as well. But if you’re like me, and value aesthetics and craftsmanship just as much as you do functionality, then this product is for you. The stone finish of this product feels very premium, and that’s a big plus. Furthermore, you’d be hard pressed to find another compact low footprint humidifier (less than 200ml) that can last for 8 hours long. Every other long lasting model on the model is as bulky as its longevity, so in terms of efficiency this machine definitely takes the cake. I personally use this diffuser for sleep, so operation time is something I really value and this machine checks all the boxes. The light also has three adjustable stages (strong, weak, breathing, and off) with just a click of the button so it’s perfect to use right before you head off to bed.Overall, it’s a solid machine, has great aesthetics, and definitely worth the dollar if you find it on a discount (I bought it when it was discounted at $90). You’ll get 100% of what you pay for. If you just want a cheap functional humidifier and could care less about all that I mentioned above, this machine is probably not for you.

Diffuser is very easy to use, beautiful and efficient. The 8h function time works perfectly with our schedule and needs. I love it so much that I even bought one as a gift for a friend.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I was gifted this diffuser last year, and after a few months of use it started turning off after (max) 5 minutes of run time. I registered the device and tried to contact the customer service email several times over the last 6 months without a single response. I am still within the warranty period and would love to try out a new diffuser – in the case this one is defective – but they won’t respond to me….
