Easy way to track your health.
Connectivity was very easy. Nice size watch. Def. A value for your money. You can change the screen, set your gender, weight, height, birthday. Easy to use and figure out and set up. You can play games on it, they has a breathing stress and sleep calming option, it keeps track of your blood pressure and steps. You can set alarms on it and receive phone calls and texts through it. It’s actually very handy.

Good smart watch for the beginners
The style, color and its features are seemingly perfect despite its price is a lot cheaper compared to other smart watches. The vital signs monitoring are good enough except the blood pressure reading is always high as I compare it to my Omron bp machine. I never had bp higher than 130/80, actually, mine is always low. This smart watch always gives me bp reading above 140/90. The number of steps I do a day is well monitored.

My son was so happy when he received this watch for his birthday. He loves that he can customize his screen with his own pictures. It has a flashlight on it which he loves especially when the power goes out. He really enjoys the setting that tracks how much sleep he has had. I love that you can call thier phone and they can answer from the watch and can hear from the watch. I highly recommend!

It’s comfortable on the wrist, it’s a nice size screen. Nice face optionsFunctionally, it’s a DOWNRIGHT MESS!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!I’ll describe just a few of the many issues as an example…Step count and/to calories burnt is never accurate. 600 steps and 491 calories? Impossible!It almost never remains connected to bluetooth….The temperature is almost always blank….Cannot sync to google fit….The Battery life advertised is DEFINITELY NOT THE TRUTH!! I charge it every other day at a minimum….So many things are wrong with it that I no longer trust the information it spits out, like the sleep analysis and blood pressure….I REALLY do not recommend. Save yourself the aggrevation and spend your money on a FITBIT
