    seed is fresh and has a good taste, I put it in a food processor to powder it so you get the most nutrients from it and it combines with other food better in a powder form..

    So muchhh chia seeds for such a good price, my one little container of chia seeds cost 10 dollars. I can fill up my little container now at least 50 times with this bag. I love it, big bang for your buck! Chia seeds are GREAT, so versatile, but my favorite is a glass of iced cold water with a tablespoon of chia seeds, and a slice of lime! Soooo good and refreshing! The bag is also like half the size of me, I pictured ten pounds to look like a one pound bag haha.

    Try to add this to my shakes each day its packed with protein and is a super food. Really enjoy the seeds from Food to Live they are nice seeds and look to be good quality. This is a great price for 10 pounds! Cant find this in the stores in this size.
