What are the WiFi network requirements to connect to the Pura diffuser?
Pura diffusers use 2.4GHz WiFi networks because the 2.4GHz frequency has a longer range and can extend more easily through walls and through larger homes, creating a better experience for our users. Pura diffusers don’t support 5GHz WiFi networks.
How do the manual buttons work?
Control your Pura Plus through the Pura app or manually with the buttons right on the diffuser. Press once to start a 4-hour timer and again to control scent intensity: strong, medium, subtle, and off.
How long should a fragrance last?
Together, smart vials and Puralast technology deliver a scenting experience of up to 100 hours, per fragrance vial. Using fragrance-specific data, accounting for the size of the room and your intensity, to scent your space.
What type of space will the Pura Plus Cover?
Pura Plus effectively fills large spaces and open concept rooms. It does this by using both internal heaters and a fan to disperse the scent broader.
Are fragrances included?
No, this doesn’t come with any fragrances. Since everyone’s scent preferences are different and we have so many options to chose from, we want to let you pick which scents you would like. Only compatible with Pura fragrance refills.

better form factor
I am pleased with the Pura Plus so far. It works basically the same as the wall plugs except for the different design. I like the Plus design a lot, but it’s kind of tricky to open the cover. They say it’s for larger rooms but I’m not convinced it is any better as distributing the fragrance. And it uses the same size scent bottles as the wall version. My one big annoyance is the super bright LED buttons which CANNOT be turned off in the app. I use this in my bedroom and it’s bright with the lights off, so I’ve had to cover the buttons. A big plus is that the power cable is USB-C which means I can swap it out for longer if I need to. But surprisingly, being almost 2025, the included power cable is USB-A to USB-C and the charger is USB-A. It should be -C on both ends.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I really wanted to like this unit. Itâs compact and looks nice enough; however, it doesnât put out much more fragrance than the smaller units do, and the little fan inside it isnât exactly quiet. You definitely know when itâs running. It sounds like someone left water running somewhere in the house. This item was not cheap so I am very disappointed.UPDATE: Seller saw my initial review and contacted me directly, offering to make things right. It’s rare to have such good customer service these days, so I changed the rating to a 5-star. You can be certain that this seller will take care of you!

Works well, but the Fan is LOUD
The diffuser works well in smaller areas. I have a combined living/dinning room that I’m using it in and it does a fairly good job of filling the area with scent as long as it is set to MEDIUM intensity. However, the fan is louder than I would like. It’s a kind of hissing sound that I can hear when I’m about 10ft or less from it. I may have to find another place in the room to put it so I don’t hear it as much.

Scents my main floor
I was looking at purchasing a few of the original Puras to scatter around my main floor when I happen to see this on its launch day (great timing!). I decided to get this because I’d rather have one device compared to multiple to fill and manage and I’m loving it! It really does fill my main level nicely, and I can do that even on medium intensity. The unit itself is compact and sleek that I don’t mind it sitting out. The plug in cord was long making it easy to find a spot and getting it set up and connected was a breeze. I’m so glad they made a larger unit to cover bigger spaces. The only thing to note is that there is a small sound- like a quiet “whooshing” from the fan pushing out the scent but unless I’m right near it I can’t hear it. But overall I’d highly recommend it and am glad I bought this! Also, for future buyers, please note that unless you buy the bundle, it DOES NOT come with fragrance, and you have to purchase those separately. I saw another person knock off stars for this but it is not intended to come with the scent unless you buy a bundle.

Does not put out enough fragrance for A 10 x 10 room
Definitely not worth the money. I have a 10 x 10 room, have the diffuser on strong and you can hardly smell it. I would find something different. Donât waste your money.
