This product arrived well-sealed with an expiration date 2 years out. According to the bottle’s label and their website, Mindhoney is based in Santa Monica, CA. Their supplements are made in the USA at a GMP Certified facility. I’m specifically mentioning this because so many supplements online are made who-knows-where. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day, so this bottle is a 30-day supply. This “Sync” mix is supposed to be for Stress Relief and Relaxation, which makes it different from other nootropic mixes.

Great Pre-Bedtime Supplement
An issue that Iâve dealt with my whole life is trying to calm down my mind before bed so that I can fall asleep quickly and get quality rest. My brain loves to start thinking about all the random things I need to do the next day when Iâm trying to fall asleep. Sync has a noticeably calming effect which is a big help when Iâm trying to fall asleep. Iâve found Sync to be most beneficial after extra stressful work days and I plan continue using it as a staple in my bedtime routine.

Review after 2 months of use – Two thumbs up
Sync was suggested to me by Amazon when I was repurchasing Dose (another MindHoney product Iâve been using for years and love). After a few months of trying Sync out in different settings, Iâm 100% adding Sync to my list of supplements in my rotation.Sync is great for taking the edge off of stress without any of the intoxicating or unpleasant effects that come with prescription drugs. Ive found it effective for helping with hangover anxiety, before traveling/flying, or even before a big day at work. During busy periods of 3-4 days in a row, Iâll take 2 pills every morning to generally regulate my stress. Iâve also taken Sync after starting to feel stress and anxiety come on and itâs been helpful.I highly recommend, itâs definitely a great tool to have in the belt.

Upset my stomach
I was really hoping this product would help me sleep but I could not tolerate it. It upset my stomach so much I had to stop taking it. I took it with a light meal and then a heavier meal but it nauseated me to the point I could hardly keep it down. I was very disappointed

No better product out there IMO for consistent calmness and relaxation. I was taking L-theanine on my own but this blend is way more effective than my DIY approach. Highly recommend.
