I have known of the benefits of green tea for many years, but you have to drink an awful lot of cups to get the full benefit of this ancient herbal tea. I decided to purchase this supplement (Swanson Superior Herbs: Green Tea Extract, 60 capsules, 500 MG) when I saw it at a bargain price on Amazon.I am taking several different medications and was concerned with this supplement interfering in some way; however, I have been taking one Green Tea capsule a day for a few weeks and am experiencing no side effects at this time. I intend to keep taking it in the future but I do recommend you check with your health provider to make sure this supplement does not conflict with any of your medications.After looking at several different Green Tea supplements I chose this brand because it was a well-known name brand and was the most reasonably priced.
