Instructions could be better
I love that this is uses the Tuya app, which means it also uses SmartLife, which is what I use for all my smart devices. The instructions are a little vague though. To lift the lid, you push the lever back on the lid and lift, and it feels like itâs going to break, but just keep going. Itâll open.The feeding quantity goes from 1 (a little) to 12 (I assume a whole lot!) I started on 5 as a test, and felt like it was more than double what I normally feed my 11 lb ragdoll. Went down to 3, then settled at 2. 2 is good.On the main page thereâs a quantity (ânumâ) set that to 2 to establish a baseline, then a âManualâ button, which as I understand, manually feeds a full meal. I believe the âQuickâ button gives just a quick snack.You set the Schedule under âMeal Planâ. Set the amount, time, and days of the week.You can see previous feeds in âFeed Recordâ.Iâd recommend to periodically level the pet food in the canister, as the rotating dispenser empties one side faster than the other, I assume due to the rotational function of it.I like that the lid locks, Iâve heard of some cats lifting the lids and going ham with other devices. I do wish there was a max fill line on the container.I like that thereâs a desiccant compartment, and they provide desiccant.I was confused as to what the Lock/Unlock text on the lid meant. I thought it was how you unlock the lid, but it refers to the direction you rotate the container to remove it from the unit. Grab both sides and twist.The feed tray base detaches a little too easily from the unit, and detached a couple times during positioning. The protective film on the feeding bowl is a bit tricky to remove. Make friends with someone who has nails to help you remove it.All in all, itâs a great unit, it could use a little refinement, especially regarding the instructions, but now that I know the ins and outs of it, Iâd definitely buy another. Maybe Iâll get one for my dog too because I enjoy being lazy.

Great for my cats!
I wasnât sure if Iâd like this at first, but Iâve come to rely heavily on it. I have one cat who is a little greedy with the food, and this lets me spread feedings out using the app. The app is easy to use, which is great, and if I need to give them a quick nibble during the day, I can do so remotely.Something I didnât think about is what happens if the WiFi goes down. Mine has been down for two days now, and the auto feeder doesnât work. I found out the manual feeder still does, so now Iâm spacing out the feedings using that. Itâs a great fail safe until the WiFi is back on.

Efficient Cat Feeder
We have two new fur babies in our house, since they’re brothers they compete with everything. Max and Miles showed us that they preferred to have two cat feeders. Therefore, I decided to get a second one so that the fighting would calm down a bit. I did some research and found this one made by the IROSIY store. Based on the product details and information, I decided this seemed like it would be a viable choice. Now that I have this home, I can attest to the quality of this feeder. I’m impressed with the performance so far. The unit was made with premium grade materials and feels very durable. I did not encounter any issues of technical or mechanical failures. Works very well!
I set this up to dispense at the same times as my existing feeder, so all of my cats can eat at the same time, and this does the job perfectly. One thing to note, though…if you already have a feeder with an app to control it, try adding this feeder to the app you already have first. I was able to avoid adding yet another app to my phone by successfully doing this.

A Lifesaver for Cat Parents: Never Worry About Feeding Again!
I canât believe how much peace of mind this feeder has brought me! After my previous auto feeder malfunctioned while I was out of town, my poor cat had to scrounge around and eat from an open bag of food on the floorâmy heart broke. I felt so guilty, but this new feeder has been a lifesaver. Itâs a game-changer! The loud beeping when the feeder is empty and the app notifications are spot-on. Iâm obsessed with the camera feature! Watching my cat eat and seeing the âbefore and afterâ photos of her bowl is so cuteâand I can track how often she eats, which is amazing. Now that Iâve placed it next to her water fountain, I can even check if she needs a refill when Iâm away. Honestly, I feel so much better knowing that I have eyes on her, even when Iâm not home. 10/10 would recommendâthis feeder is a total must-have for anyone who wants to make sure their cat is fed and happy while theyâre gone!
